Item Становлення і фактори розвитку менеджменту глобальних корпорацій(ДВНЗ «Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2012-10) Тітова, Олена Сергіївна; Titova, Olena; Титова, Елена Сергеевна; Лук’яненко, Дмитро ГригоровичУ роботі досліджено генезис концепцій глобалізації, ідентифіковано її витоки і складові, сучасні виміри, позитивні і негативні наслідки. Виявлено передумови, фактори і особливості становлення глобальної економіки. Розкрито природу глобального ринку і на багатокритеріальній основі проведено його цільову сегментацію. Проаналізовано шляхи і форми глобальної трансформації бізнес-структур, узагальнено практику реалізації корпоративних стратегій, методів і прийомів міжнародного менеджменту у глобальному середовищі. Обґрунтовано пріоритетність інноваційного компоненту у менеджменті глобальних корпорацій. Комплексно оцінено інноваційно-креативний потенціал розвитку українського бізнесу з урахуванням тенденцій транснаціоналізації та інноваційної активності міжнародно-орієнтованих фірм і організацій. The thesis focuses on the research of global concepts genesis, its contemporary scientific and technological, informational, political, economic, ecological and socio-cultural factors. The productive, commercial and marketing, investment and financial, migration and labor, infrastructure components of economic globalization had been identified. It's quantitative and qualitative, current and prospect, positive and negative emergences as well as consequences had been analyzed. The preconditions, factors and particularities of global economy evolvement as a subjected, institutional, sectored, division and function structured multileveled system had been revealed. A comparative characteristics to States and Governments, interstate integration formations, official international organizations, transnational corporations, leader-cities, clusters, global networks, influential individuals and personalities, informal groups and organizations as global economic system subjects had been given. It has been shown that the global economic system in the structural aspect is represented by real and financial, speculative and virtual sectors, as well as by manufacturing and servicing, traditional and new industries. It has been argued that the basis for the global economy is the global market (of finance, goods, services, labor, investments, innovations) which acts as a mechanism for balancing global demand and global supply with the increasing interaction of national, regional and transnational markets. It has been proved that the key players on the global market are global corporations which are characterized and identified by their transcontinental activity, direct influence on global market demand and supply composition, mainly by leading motives, deep integration into global business networks, geo-economic and geo-political influence. The unprejudiced preconditions, organizational and economic, informational and technological factors, quantitative and qualitative features of the global management evolution have been identified. Its determinant patterns had been characterized as an unprecedented transcontinental scale of implemented strategies and programs, a network specific nature of fulfilled operations and transactions, coordinative cross-cultural behavioral style, leaders ambitions on the basis of creativity, active branding. Approaches to transnational mergers and acquisitions processes management as leading form of global business consolidation have been developed. It has been shown that the development of internal, external and mixed M&A management is committed not as for the quantity of the corresponding operations but due to the creation of the systematic preconditions by gaining efficient dynamic competencies in this field of professional activity. The priority of innovative component into the management of global corporations based on the concept of creativity formed by the educational system in the complying environment on the personal, group, organizational, national and global levels emerging through the thinking and managerial activity has been substantiated. A multiple estimation of innovative and creative potential of Ukrainian business structures development with the consideration of transnationalisation and innovative activity tendencies limited by the financial and resources, market and behavioral factors on the basis of inter-country comparative analysis has been made. A complex of macro and microeconomic measures for the stimulation of national innovative development model, an international profile of modern and contemporary policies and standards of creative management implementation in Ukrainian corporations has been substantiated. В роботе исследован генезис концепций глобализации, идентифецированы её истоки и составляющие, современные измерения, позитивне и негативне последствия. Определены предусловия, факторы и особенности становлення глобальной экономики. Розкрыта природа глобального рынка и на многокритериальной основе проведена его целевая сегментация. Проанализированы пути и формы глобальной трансформации бизнес-структур, обобщена практика реализации корпоративных стратегий, методов и приемов международного менеджмента в глобальной среде. Определена приоритетность инновационного компонента в менеджменте глобальных корпораций. Комплексно оценен инновационно-креативный потенциал развития украинского бизнеса с учетом тенденций транснационализации и инновационной активности международно-ориентированых фирм и организаций.
