Item Managing the achievement of organization’s competitive advantages(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022-06-15) Dotsenko, Alina; Доценко, Аліна Олегівна; Соболєва, Тетяна ОлександрівнаIn the first part, in the first paragraph, the content of the categories “competitive advantage” and “competitiveness” was explained. In the second paragraph, the main approaches to diagnosing the level of competitiveness and managing its formation were identified. In the third paragraph, ways to strengthen existing and form new competitive advantages of a business organization were described In the second part, in the first paragraph, a general description was disclosed and the organization was analyzed by determining the state of external subsystems. In the second paragraph, was assessed the influence of internal factors on the company's activities. Determined key competitive advantages and level of competitiveness using a comprehensive assessment and competitiveness profile. In the third paragraph, was compared internal and external factors of influence when conducting a SWOT analysis, Pest analysis and other methods of analysis, as a result of which was identified and justified ways to increase the competitiveness of an organization.Item Marketing management in business organization(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022-06-15) Buhrina, Oleksandra; Бугріна, Олександра Ігорівна; Шатілова, Олена ВолодимирівнаThe qualifying bachelor's work highlights theoretical generalizations and substantiates practical proposals for managing the marketing activities in a business organization. In the chapter 1, we have identified essence and elements of marketing management in business organization and methodological approaches to its evaluation. In the chapter 2, we have analysed general characteristics of marketing management in Tesla Motors and developed main directions for its improvement. Proposals for increasing marketing management of Tesla were created based on the analysis of its marketing environment.
