Інституціональна природа корпорації

Abstract

Розглядаються вихідні характеристики у сучасному визначенні інституціонального змісту корпорації; її трактування з позицій загального та цивільного права; протиріччя корпоративної вертикалі в контексті відособлення інститутів власності, влади і управління.

The article examines the source characteristics of the modern definition of the institutional content of the corporation; its interpretation from the standpoint of common law and civil law; the contradictions of the corporate vertical in the context of the separation of the institutions of property, of power and management.
