Abstract
У статті досліджено причини і наслідки тінізації заробітної плати та нелегальної зайнятості в Україні. Визначено систему заходів щодо детінізації доходів і регулювання безробіття в офіційному секторі економіки. Запропоновано стимулюючі інструменти, що можуть сприяти детінізації ринку праці в країні.
The article considers the causes and consequences of the shadow wage in Ukraine, in particular due to the processes of monopolization of the economy, low wage workers, informal employment, unemployment, inefficient tax system and other factors. The author explored the main sources of shadow income and shadow wage, employers save cash on labor, analyzes the features of the shadow activities of conversion centers. Defined the system of measures for elimination of the shadows of revenue and regulation employment in the formal sector of the economy. The proposed incentive tools that contribute to the release of the shadow labor market in Ukraine. To control these processes it is proposed to use methods of estimation of the parameters of the shadow economy using the Italian method. Special attention is paid to the methods of state regulation of the tax system, employment efficiency business development. Propositions are the output of the shadow wage and the ways to minimize informal employment in the country.
В статье исследованны причины и последствия тенизации заработной платы и нелегальной занятости в Украине. Определенно систему мероприятий по детенизации доходов и регуляции безработицы в официальном секторе экономики. Предложены стимулирующие инструменты, которые могут способствовать детенизации рынка труда в стране.
