Abstract
The article describes the features of management in agricultural enterprises in context of complex global challenges. Methodical approaches and especially the use of management systems based on the concept of lean production are suggested. An adaptation of the key parameters for assessing the effectiveness of lean production in agricultural enterprises is implemented.
