Асиметрія інтегрованого розвитку підприємств в умовах ліквідації наслідків війни

Abstract

Дане дослідження спрямоване на розробку методичного підходу до діагностики якості розвитку бізнесу на основі асиметрії його інтегрованості у процесі ліквідації наслідків воєнних дій. Запропоновано методичний підхід, який дозволяє провести діагностику гармонізації розвитку компаній на основі визначеного комплексу показників на основі векторної моделі. Кореляційний аналіз дозволив визначити, що інтегрування розвитку в довоєнний період мало найбільш суттєвий взаємозв’язок з цифровізацією бізнесу. Проведений факторний аналіз дозволив ідентифікувати найбільш впливові напрями розвитку та змоделювати можливості підвищення його рівня на засадах інтегрованості. Доведено, що в період ліквідації наслідків воєнного конфлікту для українських компаній пріоритетним напрямом інтегрування має бути інклюзивне зростання, залучення знань і технологій. This study aims to develop a methodological approach to diagnose the quality of business development based on the asymmetry of its integration in the process of warfare elimination. A methodological approach is proposed, which allows diagnosing the harmonization of companies’ development on the basis of a certain set of indicators based on a vector model. It involves determining the level of asymmetry of embedded business development. Integral indicators such as the level of digitalization of business, inclusive growth and knowledge involvement were used as key development indicators in this study. According to the proposed approach, this study diagnoses the level of asymmetry of integrated development, taking into account the angle between the vector based on certain indicators and its reference value. The proposed approach was approbated on the example of companies in the light industry of Ukraine, which is parti- cularly important for the provision of the population with basic necessities. Correlation analysis revealed that the integration of development in the pre-war period had the most significant relationship with the digitalization of business. The factor analysis performed allowed to identify the most influential areas of development and to model the possibilities of increasing its level on the basis of integration. The simulation proves that the proposed methodological approach to harmonization of development allows not only to assess its level, but also to generate proposals to correct the asymmetry of integration. This result is possible by focusing on the growth of inclusive business and the attraction of knowledge. However, it should be noted that, thanks to the proposed approach, it is the companies with the highest asymmetry of integration that can achieve the greatest success. It was found that inclusive growth and the involvement of knowledge and technology should be the integration priority for Ukrainian companies in the post-war period.
