Abstract
У дисертації досліджено суть та значення машинобудування в сучасних умовах, розкрито його особливості та характерні риси секторальної циклічності та ідентифіковано характер розвитку галузі на парадигмальному, секторальному, організаційному та країновому рівнях в умовах посилення глобалізаційних процесів.
Проаналізовано специфіку розвитку машинобудування в секторальній моделі його трансформації в країнах Європейського Союзу, унаслідок чого було виявлено інноваційні детермінанти секторальних і субсекторальних зрушень, обґрунтовано становлення поліструктурного характеру регуляторної системи діяльності сектора. Особлива увага приділена розвитку механічного інжинірингу.
Досліджені можливості диверсифікації співробітництва України та ЄС в машинобудівному секторі, зокрема оцінені позиції галузі в європейській економіці, розкрита суть європейської моделі експортної орієнтації підприємств України та сформована модель секторальної кластеризації Новокраматорського машинобудівного заводу (НКМЗ).
The thesis investigates the nature and importance of machinery and equipment in modern terms, reveals sectoral and cyclical nature of the industry identifies in paradigmal, sectoral, organizational and country level. Development based on the principles of historicism, innovation, outgoing demand for the latest products, increasment of technological isolation between firms - innovators and companies - imitators, innovative cycling scheme in mechanical engineering. The theory of third industrial revolution and empirical model of industrial markets is applied in determining the paradigmatic foundations of the field.
The main feature of modern engineering in the leading countries became his ever-growing innovation that permeates subsectors belonging to the third - fourth technological structures, and the fifth - sixth, financial and intellectual need to provide the development that is dominant in the global economy.
The main features that identify the nature and characteristics of the sector of the global economy are : active technology transfer, which ensured the emergence of new leaders of the machine and mechanism world production (Brazil, India, China); strengthening the competitiveness between corporations, each of them has defined for itself as one of the two main strategies of development: the company - innovator or companie - simulator; complication of enterprices economic activity, in addition to existing specialization, cooperation and combination new models were also appeared - the innovative diffusion, clustering, delocalization of production, that became a new feature of "network society," which substantiation directly follows from the basic principles of the new paradigm «Homo informaticus» and forming these difficult identified virtual business systems.
The peculiarities of machinery and equipment in sectoral model of it's transformation in the EU, as a result, there was found innovative determinants of sectoral and subsectoral shifts, substantiated formation of polystructural nature of the regulational system of the industry.
Special attention is paid to the study of the dynamics of change of subsectoral mechanical engineering structures in the leading countries of the EU and the new members of the Union. Identified priorities of machinery and equipment in the EU and Forecasted transformations of its structure in some states.
The possibilities of diversification of EU-Ukraine cooperation in the machinery and equipment sector, including the estimated position of the field in the European economy, the essence of the European model of export-oriented enterprises in Ukraine and formed sectoral clustering model Novokramatorsk machine factory (NKMZ). With this purpose, the company proposed to increase the participation in the formation of seven European clusters and the formation of TNK «Siemens AG» (Germany), «Siemens Wind Power» (Denmark) and «Danieli» (Italy), the first Ukrainian megacluster that would allow a systemic modernization of plant and provide a highly competitive products produced.
The modern European Union has poly industrial engineering, that has passed a long evolution of transition from one structural mode to the next with identified high level of innovation in general, presence of multi-level processing and organization method of production, the existence of a large continental market, balancing producers support model and products for export, basic principles of prudent policies of domestic producers support and, at the same time, the strict obedience of EU competition law.
В диссертации исследованы сущность и значение машиностроения в современных условиях, раскрыты его особенности и характерные черты секторальной цикличности и идентифицирован характер развития отрасли на парадигмальном, секторальном, организационном и страновом уровнях в условиях усиления глобализационных процессов.
Проанализированы особенности развития машиностроения в секторальной модели его трансформации в странах Европейского Союза, в результате чего были выявлены инновационные детерминанты секторальных и субсекторальных сдвигов, обосновано становление полиструктурного характера регуляторной системы деятельности сектора. Особое внимание было обращено на развитие механического инжиниринга.
Исследованы возможности диверсификации сотрудничества Украины и ЕС в машиностроительном секторе, в частности оценены позиции отрасли в европейской экономике, раскрыта суть европейской модели экспортной ориентации предприятий Украины и сформирована модель секторальной кластеризации Новокраматорского машиностроительного завода (НКМЗ).
