Abstract
У статті наголошується на винятковому значенні єдності як базової
цінності в житті людства, а також вказується на цілу низку історичних подій
та явищ вітчизняної історії, в розрізі якої непорозуміння між суспільними
стратами українського народу нерідко спричинювали фатальні поразки з їх
далекосяжними наслідками. Підкреслюється, що роль національної єдності
суспільства та його згуртованості довкола спільної мети надзвичайно зростає
в часи воєнного лихоліття.
Зазначається, що російсько-українська війна не тільки згуртувала
український народ, але й надзвичайно згубно позначилася на економічному
становищі українців, чимало з яких залишилися без даху над головою та без
засобів до існування. Розкрито різні аспекти безпрецедентної економічної
допомоги Україні переважною більшістю країн світу як того фактора, що
неабияк сприяє стабілізації економічного становища і воднораз не уявляється
можливим без максимального залучення усіх наявних внутрішніх ресурсів та
ефективного використання тих переваг, які відкриваються перед Україною на
шляху її євроінтеграції.
Висловлюється впевненість, що, попри труднощі та випробування
війною, а також завдяки всебічній фінансово-економічній, військово-технічній,
правовій, гуманітарної та іншим формам допомоги країн цивілізованого світу,
вільнолюбивій Україні вдасться витримати не тільки горе й лиха війни разом з
її тотальними руйнівними наслідками, а й здобути перемогу над силами
неоімперського мороку і в у стані політичної стабільності та національної
консолідованості піти второваною дорогою демократії до вершин добробуту і
процвітання.
The article emphasizes the exceptional importance of unity as a basic value in
the life of humanity, and also points to a whole series of historical events and
phenomena from the history of Ukraine, in terms of which misunderstandings between
social strata of the Ukrainian people often caused fatal defeats with far-reaching
consequences. It is emphasized that the role of the national unity of the society and its
cohesion around a common goal grows extremely in times of war.
At the background of the catastrophic consequences of the Russian-Ukrainian
war, the beginning of which falls in 2014, and its large-scale manifestation - in
February 2022, it is shown that the military aggression of the Russian Federation
against Ukraine is a subject of reflection at the highest representative forums of the
world (UN, PACE, EU, OSCE ...), and also causes deep reflection and a sense of
solidarity at all its possible social segments. It is indicated that as a fact, the war
affected, first of all, the fate of millions of Ukrainian citizens, more than 4 million of
whom became refugees, and almost seven million internally displaced persons were
forced to leave their homes. As for the rest of our compatriots, who either found
themselves under occupation or remained in their places of permanent residence, they
bore almost the greatest burdens of the war. Nevertheless, it was they who showed
admirable courage and resilience, as well as unanimity in opposing a much stronger
enemy.
It is noted that the war not only united the Ukrainian people, but also had an
extremely detrimental effect on the economic situation of Ukrainians, many of whom
were left homeless and without means of livelihood. Various aspects of the
unprecedented economic aid to Ukraine by the vast majority of the world's countries
as a factor designed to prevent the strengthening of disintegration processes in this
vitally important sphere of our state's life have been revealed. It is pointed out the
need to take preventive measures that would contribute to the stabilization of the
economic situation and which cannot be imagined without the maximum involvement
of all available internal resources and the effective use of those advantages that are
open to Ukraine on the way to its European integration. They mean, first of all, the
efforts of parliamentarians to bring Ukrainian legislation into line with EU legal
norms and to reform the judicial system, as well as to overcome corruption, adhering
to the principles of goodness, justice and truth.
