Abstract
The Thesis is dedicated to the marketing analysis of “GC Thermoengineering” LLC and the ways of development and implementation of the marketing strategies for the company. The author provided a general characteristics of the business activity of the company, determined the status of marketing activities and based on the conducted research suggested 3 alternatives of marketing strategies for the company development in Ukraine. The following research methods were used in the Thesis: the system approach, analysis, synthesis. tabular, theoretical search and generalization methods were used as well. The comparison and peer review methods were used when analysing the general company activity, by means of which a comparative characteristic of the enterprise with the main competitors was conducted; using SWOT-analysis, the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise were identified, as well as the main opportunities and threats of the environment; the PEST analysis showed which of the environmental factors had the greatest impact on “GC Thermoengineering” LLC.
