Abstract
The report presents a study of the attitude of young management specialists to the problems of intercultural communication and expectations of help from organizations. The research is focused on two European countries: Lithuania and Ukraine, which have similar historical, but different actual socio-cultural experience. The research data demonstrates the dominance of the characteristics of Generation Z in relation to socio-cultural specifics in the investigated questions.
