Abstract
Стаття присвячена дослідженню ролі великого бізнесу та фінансової безпеки страхових компаній у системі економічної безпеки держави. Представлено взаємозв’язок великого бізнесу, страховиків та економічної безпеки держави. Розкрито сутність фінансової безпеки страхових компаній. Показано взаємозв'язок фінансової безпеки страхової компанії із фінансовою безпекою страхового ринку, економічною безпекою провайдерів фінансових послуг та їх місце у системі економічної безпеки держави. Зауважується, що в основі фінансових ресурсів, фінансової безпеки страхової компанії та її економічної безпеки як провайдера фінансових послуг, лежить страхова діяльність. Саме страховий бізнес як частина великого бізнесу має значний вплив на розвиток економіки та фінансової системи України, оскільки страховики пропонують широкий спектр послуг, задовольняючи потреби бізнесу у страхових послугах, і зокрема, при реалізації послуг страхування медичних витрат.
The article is dedicated to exploring the role of large business and the financial security of insurance companies within the framework of the state's economic security system. The purpose of the article is to show, based on the study of the relationship between big business and financial security of the insurance market in the system of economic security of the State, the ways of improving the interaction of insurance companies with big business. It examines the interrelationship between large business, the insurance market, and the economic security of the state. The article reveals the essence of financial security in the insurance market and demonstrates the connection between the financial security of an insurance company, the financial security of the insurance market, and the economic security of financial service providers, highlighting their role within the overall system of the state's economic security. It is emphasized that financial resources form the foundation of the financial condition, financial security of the insurance company, and its economic security as a financial services provider. The insurance business, as a segment of large business, has a significant impact on the development of Ukraine's economy and financial system, since insurers offer a wide range of services to meet the insurance needs of businesses, including the sale of medical insurance products. To enhance the interaction between insurance companies and large businesses, the authors propose the following measures: the introduction of technological innovations to simplify the processes of concluding insurance contracts and receiving reimbursements for medical expenses, thereby providing convenience for clients; the development of standardized insurance products tailored to specific business needs with clearly defined insurance terms and a list of covered and excluded risks; and joint marketing initiatives such as organizing seminars, conferences, recruitment efforts, and the promotion of insurance services. The implementation of these measures will help insurance companies improve their interaction with large businesses, increase customer satisfaction with insurance services, and increase their market share. The successful implementation of these measures requires close cooperation between insurance companies and large businesses. This will allow all the needs and wishes of partners and customers to be taken into account, and optimal solutions to be developed to improve interaction between them and strengthen their financial security.
