Abstract
У дисертації проведено теоретико-правове дослідження питань правового регулювання функціонування ринку земель сільськогосподарського призначення в Україні, яке відбувається у складному контексті, що поєднує реалізацію земельної реформи, вплив євроінтеграційних процесів та виклики, зумовлені дією воєнного стану.
The dissertation emphasizes that during the process of land reform and the opening of the land market, the content of the legal regime of agricultural land has been significantly expanded by introducing provisions related to the abolition of the ban on the alienation of agricultural land. The establishment of an appropriate legislative framework for the formation and functioning of a full-fledged land market is one of the main tasks of the legislator. At the same time, it is particularly important to adhere to the principle of prioritizing agricultural lands, since they occupy a special place in the structure of the national land fund and the economy of the state.
