Abstract
In the conditions of global instability, traditional management methods are losing their effectiveness. Organizational culture is becoming a decisive factor determining the viability of an enterprise. It forms stable behavioral models, influences the management style and the level of motivation of personnel. The study of culture as a strategic resource allows ensuring the integrity of the organization. This strengthens the unity of the team and guarantees high adaptability of the business to the challenges of the modern dynamic market.
