Abstract
У статті визначено сутність процесу інтелектуалізації бізнесу на сучасному етапі економічного розвитку. Виокремлено ключові імперативи розвитку підприємств на основі інтелектуалізації, інформатизації, інноваційності, інвестиційності та інтеграції. Запропоновано напрями використання моделі «5-І» з метою підвищення результативності діяльності вітчизняних компаній.
In the article the essence of the process of the business intellectualization at the modern stage of economic development was defined as such that based on existing organizational intelligence in the enterprise, reflecting the organization’s ability to purposefully cultivate, interpret and gain new skill sand, create special knowledge and have access to them for the increment and intellectual potential adaptation to the external changes. It is established that implementation of the concept of intellectualization of the economy in Ukraine is extremely imperfect. In order the intellectualized economy became at the significant lever of development it is proposed to change the relationship between the actors, uncover their potential, which is quite a daunting task in today’s extraordinary economic conditions. The key imperatives of the enterprises development based on intellectualization, information, innovation, investment and integration were singled out. Allocation model «5-I» for the purpose of improving the performance of domestic companies was proposed. It was proved that the comprehensive use of the increment and components of intellectual capital would increase productivity, competitiveness and innovation potential increment and activation of innovation acceleration and assure the conditions for effective enterprise development.
В статье определена сущность процесса интеллектуализации бизнеса на современном этапе экономического развития. Выделены ключевые императивы развития предприятий на основе интеллектуализации, информатизации, инновационности, инвестиционности и интеграции. Предложены направления использования модели «5-И» с целью повышения результативности деятельности отечественных компаний.
