dc.description.abstractРобота присвячена комплексному дослідженню процесів цифрової трансформації економічної діяльності на глобальному етапі світогосподарського розвитку. Значна увага приділена розкриттю еволюції теоретичного дискурсу цифрових трансформаційних процесів та ідентифікації їх сутнісного змісту. Обґрунтовано ключові напрями модернізації теоретичного базису економічної науки в епоху діджиталізації та характеристиці ключових форм прояву цифрового розриву глобальної економіки. У дисертаційній роботі комплексно проаналізовано світову практику впровадження цифрових технологій в економічну діяльність з дослідженням процесів діджитал-платформізації високотехнологічного виробництва, розкриттям цифрових форматів глобальної сервісної індустрії (на прикладі системи охорони здоров’я), а також конкретизацією механізмів розбудови смарт-міст як інфраструктурної платформи бізнес-діяльності. У дисертації наведено результати здійсненої авторкою кластеризації 72 держав світу за рівнем розвитку ІКТ-сектору та економіко-математичної оцінки ступеня його впливу на динаміку валового внутрішнього продукту держав. Дисертація містить результати авторських досліджень економічного інструментарію стимулювання цифровізації бізнес-діяльності з обґрунтуванням їх мультиплікативного характеру. Визначено пріоритетні напрями діджиталізації економіки України у повоєнний період у контексті її інтеграції у європейський цифровий простір. The work is dedicated to a comprehensive study of the processes of digital transformation of economic activity at the global stage of the world economic development. A significant attention is devoted to study of evolution of the theoretical discourse of digital transformation processes and identifying their essential content. The key directions of the theoretical basis modernization of economic science in the era of digitalization and the characteristics of the key forms of the digital divide manifestation in the global economy are substantiated. The dissertation analyzes deeply the global practice of digital technologies introduction into economic activity, involving research the processes of digital platformisation of high-tech production, a disclosure of digital formats of the global service industry (using the example of the health care system), as well as the specification of the mechanisms for building smart cities as an infrastructure platform of business activity. The thesis presents the results of the author's clustering of 72 countries of the world according to the level of the ICT sector development and the economic and mathematical assessment of the degree of its influence on the dynamics of the states’ gross domestic product. Also this work contains the results of the author's research on the economic tools for stimulating the digitalization of business activities with justification of their multiplicative nature. The priority areas of digitization of the economy of Ukraine in the post-war period in the context of its integration into the European digital space are determined.
