Abstract
Досліджується існуючий стан організації банківського регулювання і нагляду та пропонується суспільно орієнтована концепція банківського регулювання. Банківське регулювання розглядається в контексті потенційних агентських проблем на всіх рівнях взаємодії суб'єктів і об'єктів регулювання. Окрема увага приділяється питанням взаємодії інститутів регулювання і нагляду з іншими суспільно-політичними інститутами в рамках соціальної інфраструктури.
The present state of banking regulation and supervision organization is investigated and socially oriented conception of banking regulation is proposed. Banking regulation is examined in the context of potential agent’s problems at all levels of regulation subjects and objects cooperation. Special attention is paid to the problems of the cooperation between regulation institutions and other socio-political institutions in the frame of social infrastructure.
