| dc.description.abstract | Мета. Теоретичний розгляд фінансових послуг на основі аналізу еволюції історично обумовлених фінансових відносин на ринку цінних паперів. Методологія. У статті досліджено розвиток фінансової послуги як економічного явища за допомогою сформульованих Гегелем законів діалектики. Отримані результати. Закон єдності та боротьби протилежностей має важливе методологічне значення: з однієї сторони, єдність фінансових послуг виступає у формі їх сили, з іншої, сучасний ринок цінних паперів потребує їх трансформації внаслідок постійної боротьби. Закон переходу кількісних змін у якісні розкриває зміст процесу розвитку фінансових послуг на макрорівні, кількість і якість як філософські категорії відображають їх сутність, розглядаються в єдності, а формування фінансових відносин, які виникають між учасниками послуг, історично відбувається шляхом переходу кількісних змін на якісні. Закон заперечення характеризує загальний результат і напрям руху процесу розвитку фінансових послуг: заперечення означає трансформацію одного якісного стану в інший, кожен наступний етап розвитку фінансових послуг є глибшим за змістом, оскільки включає нагромаджений у минулому історичний досвід, а заперечення є необхідною формою дослідження минулого та прогнозування майбутнього. Цінність дослідження. Полягає в тому, що доведено значущість діалектичного методу дослідження внутрішніх джерел розвитку фінансових послуг, їх історичної трансформації; окреслено окремі періоди розвитку фінансових послуг на ринку цінних паперів та максимально наближено пояснено їх, проникаючи в їх сутність. | uk |
| dc.description.abstract | Research objective. The study aims at theoretical review of financial services in terms of analysis of the financial relations evolution in the stock market. Methodology. The article examines the development of the financial services as an economic phenomenon through the Hegel laws of dialectics. Findings. The law of the unity and conflict of opposites has methodological importance. On the one hand, the unity of financial services takes the form of their strength. On the other hand, modern securities market requires their transformation as a result of constant struggle. The law of the quantitative changes transformation into qualitative ones reveals the development of financial services at the macro level. Quantity and quality as philosophical categories represent their nature in a unity. Financial relations between the participants of services historically occur on the basis of quantitative changes transformation into qualitative ones. The law of the negation of negation describes the overall result and the direction of financial services development. The negation means the transformation of one qualitative state into another. Each subsequent stage of the financial services development is substantially deeper because it includes accumulated historical experience. Negation is a necessary form of research of the past, and forecasting the future. Value аdded. The research proves the importance of the dialectics method for the investigation of domestic sources of financial services development and their historical transformation. The author outlines specific periods of financial services development in the securities market and explains the essence of financial services. | uk |
