Abstract
Досвід підприємств, які активно працюють над зменшенням негативного впливу на довкілля та вирішенням соціальних проблем, засвідчує досягнення ними не лише фінансового успіху, а й покращення конкурентоспроможності і репутації. У статті розкрито результати дослідження інтеграції принципів сталого розвитку у бізнес-моделі підприємств. На основі узагальнення соціальних програм та соціальних інновацій, реалізованих вітчизняними підприємствами, визначено особливості та ефективні стратегії інтеграції сталого розвитку в умовах війни. Також ідентифіковано виклики та можливості для підприємств, розроблено рекомендації щодо впровадження сталих практик.
This study focuses on integrating sustainable development principles, particularly environmental and social aspects, into enterprises’ business models during the military conflict in Ukraine. The war has created unprecedented challenges for businesses. Still, it has also opened up new opportunities for implementing sustainable practices that contribute to survival and long-term development. The research covers enterprises from various sectors of the economy, highlighting how they adapt their business models to incorporate environmental and social needs. The research methodology includes a comprehensive literature review, empirical studies through surveys and interviews with business leaders, and a comparative analysis of different sectors and their approaches to integrating sustainable practices. The main findings reveal that enterprises face numerous challenges, such as supply chain disruptions, social instability, and environmental risks. At the same time, it was found that some companies are using these challenges as an opportunity to develop new approaches, such as using renewable energy sources, enhancing social responsibility, and implementing environmentally friendly technologies. The study concludes with recommendations for adapting business models to incorporate sustainable development’s environmental and social aspects. These recommendations emphasize the importance of integrating these aspects into corporate strategies, enabling enterprises to not only effectively respond to current challenges but also ensure sustainable development in the long term.
