Abstract
This article explores the profound transformation of management in wartime, where administration evolves from a technical process into a genuine mission of serving people. The author emphasizes that today's priorities are no longer dry corporate metrics, but rather safety, the preservation of life, and the real well-being of individuals. Through examples of companies such as Ukrzaliznytsia, Metinvest, and Nova Poshta, the text illustrates how Ukrainian business has taken responsibility for saving and supporting citizens during the most difficult times. A key insight is that during times of trial, trust and moral values become the only solid foundation for organizational resilience. Particular attention is paid to post-war reconstruction, where the primary task will be restoring not just infrastructure, but also human potential and faith in the future. It is noted that the effective manager of this new era is, above all, an empathetic leader capable of uniting the community for a common goal. The text argues that serving society is not a temporary trend, but a vital necessity for the development of the state. It is precisely this value-based and responsible approach that will allow society not only to survive but to build a new, successful life.
