Abstract
Роботу присвячено всебічному дослідженню функціонування фінансових інструментів небанківських фінансових установ (НФУ) в умовах трансформації фінансового ринку України та з урахуванням сучасних викликів повоєнного відновлення. Дисертація містить вступ, три розділи основного тексту, висновки, список використаних джерел, додатки.
У дисертації розкрито теоретико-методологічні основи формування й еволюції фінансових інструментів НФУ, здійснено аналіз їх структурно-функціонального розвитку в ринкових умовах. Особливу увагу приділено вивченню міжнародного досвіду використання інструментів НФУ, що дозволило виявити релевантні підходи до модернізації національного фінансового сектора. Проаналізовано сучасний стан ринку фінансових інструментів в Україні, визначено ключові ризики їх функціонування в умовах військових дій та макроекономічної нестабільності, охарактеризовано тенденції цифровізації та впровадження інноваційних фінансових рішень.
На основі системного підходу обґрунтовано доцільність використання лізингових механізмів і активів інвестиційних фондів у діяльності НФУ, а також окреслено перспективи розвитку криптовалютних інструментів і створення цифрових платформ інвестування. Запропоновано концептуальні підходи до вдосконалення інструментального забезпечення НФУ з метою активізації фінансової підтримки бізнесу та населення у процесі післявоєнного відновлення економіки.
У результаті дослідження сформовано науково обґрунтовані рекомендації щодо підвищення ефективності, стабільності та інноваційної спроможності фінансових інструментів НФУ, з урахуванням глобальних трендів і національних особливостей розвитку фінансової системи.
The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the functioning of financial instruments of non-bank financial institutions (NBFIs) in the context of the transformation of Ukraine’s financial market and taking into account the contemporary challenges of post-war recovery. The dissertation consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusions, a list of references, and appendices.
The dissertation reveals the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation and evolution of NBFIs financial instruments and analyzes their structural and functional development under market conditions. Particular attention is paid to studying international experience in the use of NBFIs instruments, which has made it possible to identify relevant approaches to modernizing the national financial sector. The current state of the financial instruments market in Ukraine is analyzed, key risks to their functioning under conditions of military action and macroeconomic instability are identified, and trends in digitalization and the implementation of innovative financial solutions are characterized.
Based on a systematic approach, the dissertation grounds the use of leasing mechanisms and investment fund assets in the activities of non-bank financial institutions and outlines the prospects for the development of cryptocurrency instruments and the creation of digital investment platforms. Conceptual approaches to improving the instrumental support of non-bank financial institutions are proposed with the aim of intensifying financial support for businesses and the population during the post-war economic recovery.
As a result of the study, scientifically grounded recommendations have been formulated to enhance the efficiency, stability, and innovative capacity of the NBFIs financial instruments, taking into account global trends and national characteristics of the financial system’s development.
