Abstract
The chapter presents an analysis of the latest research in the direction of the methodological foundations of ensuring the economic security of the enterprise. At the moment, the power supply industry is very relevant from the point of view of the proper functioning and maintenance of critical infrastructure objects, therefore this scientific study analyzed and highlighted the latest developments in methods, means and mechanisms for their use in order to track and ensure the economic security of the economic entity. Initial attention is paid to the issue of monitoring information content for the purpose of its identification and use in determining the level of economic security. The authors presented this in the form of a scheme and formulated in detail the criteria for selecting indicators for determining the economic security of the enterprise. It was determined that when choosing indicators, it is necessary to properly observe the following circumstances: in addition to choosing an indicator of economic security, it is necessary to assess its level; the result of the application of the selected criteria should be a quantitative assessment based on indicators that can be used during the economic analysis of the activity of the electric power company. Further, the article reveals the content, advantages and disadvantages of using such methods as indicative, resource-functional, institutional, economic-legal and synergistic approaches. The features of each of the above-mentioned approaches are highlighted and analyzed, which prompted the author to suggest highlighting the strongest aspects of each of them for regulating and ensuring the economic security of the electric power company. As part of the study, the authors proposed in a schematic form the features of each of the approaches, which allows you to visualize their advantages and disadvantages, especially for the energy supply industry. As a result, a system-institutional approach is proposed, which includes methods of legal, economic and social assessment of the factors of economic activity formation, its structuring and functioning mechanisms. According to this approach, the economic security of an electric power enterprise is a state when the most efficient use of the enterprise's resources leads to ensuring stable functioning in conditions of adverse environmental influences.
У розділі представлено аналіз останніх досліджень у напрямку методичних основ забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства. На даний момент галузь електропостачання є дуже актуальною з точки зору належного функціонування та обслуговування об’єктів критичної інфраструктури, тому в даному науковому дослідженні проаналізовано та висвітлено останні розробки методів, засобів та механізмів їх використання з метою відстеження та забезпечення економічна безпека суб'єкту господарювання. Початкову увагу приділено питанню моніторингу інформаційного наповнення з метою його ідентифікації та використання при визначенні рівня економічної безпеки. Авторами представлено це у вигляді схеми та детально сформулювало критерії вибору показників для визначення економічної безпеки підприємства. Визначено, що при виборі індикаторів необхідно належним чином дотримуватись таких обставин: окрім вибору індикатора економічної безпеки варто оцінити її рівень; результатом застосування обраних критеріїв має бути кількісна оцінка на основі показників, які можуть бути використані під час економічного аналізу діяльності підприємства електроенергетики. Далі в статті розкрито зміст, переваги та недоліки використання таких методів, як індикативний, ресурсно-функціональний, інституційний, економіко-правовий та синергетичний підходи. Висвітлено та проаналізовано особливості кожного із зазначених вище підходів, що спонукало автора запропонувати виділити найсильніші сторони кожного з них для регулювання та забезпечення економічної безпеки підприємства електроенергетики. У рамках дослідження авторами запропоновано в схематичній формі особливості кожного з підходів, що дозволяє візуалізувати їх переваги та недоліки, особливо для енергопостачальної галузі. У результаті запропоновано системно-інституційний підхід, який включає методи правової, економічної та соціальної оцінки факторів формування господарської діяльності, її структурування та механізми функціонування. Відповідно до цього підходу, економічна безпека підприємства електроенергетики – це стан, коли найбільш ефективне використання ресурсів підприємства призводить до забезпечення стабільного функціонування в умовах несприятливих впливів зовнішнього середовища.
