| dc.description.abstract | The article contains forecasts of well-known foreign economists as to what the world of labor and social and labor development will be in 100 years and generalizations of the author. It contains, in particular, predictions concerning transformation of employment, development of the human capital, changes in an inequality and moral and spiritual qualities of labor potential carriers. The paper presents a summary of the ideas of the institutions functioning of the new economy. Attention is focused on the fact that our descendants will witness numerous changes in contents and nature of work, transformation of fundamental bases of the organization of work. The projected prediction is valuable because it confirms the format of the future that combines both desirable and socially unacceptable phenomena. In conclusion it is substantiated that the informed scientific scenarios of the world, especially the world of labor and social and labor development is the first step to avoid the most unacceptable prospects of development of human civilization. | en |
