| dc.description.abstract | Мета дослідження. Дослідження проведене з метою дослідження сучасного стану вищої освіти в Україні та пошук можливих альтернативних джерел її фінансування. Методологія. Розглянуто сучасні тренди розвитку вищої освіти в світі, що визначають основні напрями розвитку галузі та дозволяють виділити можливі напрями вдосконалення розвитку вищої освіти в Україні. Отримані результати. В ході дослідження було визначено, що ситуація з фінансуванням вищої освіти в Україні є незадовільною і потребує покращення. Вдосконалювати її варто через проведення диверсифікації фінансування, зокрема через розширення співпраці з приватним бізнесом. Цінність дослідження. Результати дослідження дозволили виявити основні тренди у розвитку вищої освіти та її фінансування в світі, що варто враховувати в подальших дослідженнях з метою врахування їх впливу на подальший розвиток ситуації у цій сфері. Визначено можливості використання освітніх облігацій, як надзвичайного джерела фінансування вищих закладів освіти в Україні. Research objective. The research was conducted with the aim of studying the current state of higher education in Ukraine, and search for possible alternative sources of its financing. Methodology. The paper considers the contemporary trends in the development of higher education in the world, which determine the main directions of this sector development and allow highlighting the possible directions of improving the development of higher education in Ukraine. Findings. The study found that the financing of higher education in Ukraine is unsatisfactory, and needs to be improved. Funding of higher education should be improved through its diversification and expanding of cooperation with private business. Value Added. The results of the study revealed the main trends in the development of higher education and its financing in the world, which should be taken into account in further studies in order to consider their impact on further development of this area. The paper determined the possibilities of using education bonds as an extraordinary source of financing for higher education institutions in Ukraine. | uk_UA |
