Abstract
Робота присвячена комплексному дослідженню ролі і місця фінансових інновацій у глобальній цифровій економіці. Значна увага приділена розкриттю теоретико-методологічних засад дослідження фінансових інновацій через призму цифровізації світогосподарської системи. На основі системного аналізу генезису теоретичного дискурсу фінансових інновацій розкрито його еволюцію, конкретизовано ключові детермінанти розвитку фінтеху в умовах глобального цифрового переходу, а також дано комплексну характеристику інституційно-регуляторній архітектурі глобальної екосистеми фінансових інновацій.
У дисертаційній роботі комплексно проаналізовано кількісно-якісні параметри фінансової технологічної екосистеми у структурній конфігурації глобального ринку. Розкрито функціонально-трендові модифікації глобального цифрового банкінгу та дано системну оцінку масштабів і структурного ландшафту альтернативного фінансування у глобальній цифровій економіці. Конкретизовано глобальні імперативи розбудови криптовалютного сегменту світового фінансового ринку та здійснено економетричну оцінку взаємозв’язку глобальних ринків криптовалют і золота. Дисертація містить результати авторських досліджень процесів розбудови в Україні фінтех-індустрії в умовах цифровізації глобальної економіки. Комплексно проаналізовано масштаби і структурні виміри фінтех-індустрії у структурі фінансового ринку України, а також обґрунтовано організаційно-економічні й інституційні механізми підвищення ефективності її функціонування.
The work is devoted to a comprehensive study of the role and place of financial innovations in the global digital economy. Considerable attention is paid to revealing the theoretical and methodological foundations of researching financial innovations through the lens of the digitalization of the global economic system. Based on a systematic analysis of the genesis of the theoretical discourse on financial innovations, its evolution is disclosed, the key determinants of fintech development in the context of the global digital transition are specified, and a comprehensive characterization of the institutional and regulatory architecture of the global financial innovation ecosystem is provided.
The dissertation provides a comprehensive analysis of the quantitative and qualitative parameters of the financial technology ecosystem within the structural configuration of the global market. It explores the functional and trend-related transformations of global digital banking and offers a systematic assessment of the scale and structural landscape of alternative financing in the global digital economy. The study specifies the global imperatives for the development of the cryptocurrency segment of the world financial market and presents an econometric evaluation of the interrelationship between global cryptocurrency and gold markets. The dissertation includes the author’s original research on the development of the fintech industry in Ukraine under the conditions of global economic digitalization. It offers a comprehensive analysis of the scale and structural dimensions of Ukraine’s fintech industry within the national financial market and substantiates organizational, economic, and institutional mechanisms for enhancing its operational efficiency.
