Abstract
У статті досліджено концептуальні засади формування ветеранської складової корпоративної соціальної відповідальності як інструменту соціально-економічної реінтеграції ветеранів у контексті трансформацій ринку праці та соціальних викликів, зумовлених воєнним станом. Визначено багатовимірну структуру ветеранської складової КСВ, що охоплює філантропічний, етичний, правовий, економічний, екологічний, господарський та релігійно-культурний виміри та формує модель взаємодії бізнесу та ветеранської спільноти. Узагальнено міжнародні й українські практики інтеграції ветеранів у корпоративне середовище. Встановлено, що корпоративні практики, інтегровані в ESG- та DEI-підходи, забезпечують інституціоналізацію реінтеграції ветеранів у бізнес-середовище, сприяючи розвитку інклюзивного ринку праці, підвищенню ефективності використання людського капіталу та зміцненню соціальної згуртованості.
The article examines the conceptual foundations of forming the veteran component of corporate social responsibility as a tool for the socio-economic reintegration of veterans. It substantiates the transformation from a reputational function to a strategic mechanism for human capital management under conditions of turbulence. A multidimensional structure of the veteran component of CSR is defined, encompassing philanthropic, ethical, legal, economic, environmental, managerial, and religious-cultural dimensions. International and Ukrainian practices of integrating veterans into the corporate environment are summarized. It is established that corporate practices integrated into ESG and DEI approaches ensure not only the institutionalization of veterans’ reintegration into the business environment, but also the formation of sustainable mechanisms for overcoming social isolation, which collectively contributes to the development of an inclusive labor market and the strengthening of social cohesion. In addition, the study highlights that the veteran-oriented CSR model acts as a bridge between public policy objectives and private sector capabilities, while businesses increasingly assume a quasi-institutional role in post-conflict recovery and social stabilization processes. The integration of veterans into corporate strategies enhances organizational resilience and adaptive capacity, particularly through corporate culture transformation and the reduction of barriers to employment. The findings further emphasize that ESG and DEI frameworks, along with coordinated efforts of government, business, and civil society, are essential for sustainable reintegration and strengthening social capital in post-crisis societies. Moreover, the study underscores that systematic monitoring and evaluation of veteran inclusion programs are necessary to ensure their long-term effectiveness and scalability across different economic sectors. Finally, the research points to the importance of embedding veteran-focused indicators into corporate sustainability reporting to improve transparency and accountability of CSR initiatives.
