Abstract
This article considers the institutional basis for the formation of municipal electoral process under the
constitutional reform of local selfgovernment at the present stage of development of Ukrainian society.
The study of modern concepts of development of electoral law will improve the system of municipal
organization of elections of deputies of Local Councils.
