Abstract
The paper examines the role of artificial intelligence in increasing the efficiency of management processes in modern organizations. The possibilities of using artificial intelligence technologies in making management decisions, processing large amounts of data, and optimizing business processes are analyzed. It is substantiated that the use of AI contributes to improving the quality of management, more rational use of resources, and creates new opportunities for the development of enterprises.
