| dc.description.abstract | Strengthening the role of human resources as a carrier of innovation potential and intellectual capital has been substantiated. The genesis of the concept of human resource management efficiency has been examined. The author has expressed a personal idea regarding human resource management efficiency. The purpose of the article is the development of principles of effective human resource management at high-tech enterprises. The author stresses the idea of application of a systematic approach and clarification of components of human resource management efficiency. It is proposed to examine human resource management efficiency from the positions of different parties of social and labor relations. It has been hypothesized that the employer benefits from the use of intellectual and creative human resources as a result of the balanced development of high-tech enterprise and that the provision of decent work is the indicator of employees` benefit. The scientific novelty of the research is the suggestion to develop and implement the double contoured model of human resource management efficiency at high-tech enterprises with defined benefits for different parties of social and labor relations. The further development of the principles of human resource management with the clarification of specifics of hightech enterprises is also an element of scientific novelty. The implementation of traditional principles of personnel management into the theory of human resource management at high-tech enterprises has been carried out with account of the criteria of identification of such enterprises in the industry of Ukraine. The practical significance of the research results is that the suggested proposals could be used as a basis for the development of an effective human resources management system for high-tech enterprises. Methodical instrumentarium for diagnosing the human resource management efficiency at high-tech enterprises and the development of instruments for its improvement are the directions of further advanced studies. | en |
