| dc.description.abstract | Дисертація присвячена розвитку теоретичних, методичних і прикладних засад розвитку міжнародної діяльності підприємницьких університетів. Уточнено понятійний апарат за досліджуваною тематикою, розкрито сутність та особливості підприємницьких університетів. Визначено сутність та структуру глобального освітнього середовища. Обгрунтовано передумови та напрями розширення підприємницьких функцій сучасних вищих навчальних закладів. Значну вагу приділено аналізу тенденцій розвитку світового ринку освітніх послуг, динаміці і структурі експорту-імпорту освітніх послуг, конкурентним позиціям країн світу. Системно розкрито напрями та особливості міжнародної дослідницької діяльності університетів. Проведено оцінку позицій українських вищих навчальних закладів у світових рейтингах та ступеню присутності на світовому ринку освітніх послуг. Досліджено можливості розвитку міжнародної і підприємницької діяльності та обґрунтовано напрями активізації присутності університетів України в глобальному освітньому середовищі. The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical, methodological and applied the principles of international entrepreneurial activities of universities. The evolution of theoretical views on the role and functions of universities, the emergence of new forms (researching, entrepreneurial, corporate, etc.), increasing their value as actors of the global educational environment. Preconditions and areas of expansion business function of modern universities have been defined. The essence and characteristics of entrepreneurial universities have been specified. The key criteria of the type of entrepreneurial universities, characterized sufficiently diversified functions, activities and relationships with other entities of endogenous and exogenous environment have been described. The factors of becoming a global education environment have been analyzed systematically. The global educational environment have been identified as a complex system of multipronged and economic relations between universities world - economically powerful multifunctional subjects of international educational and scientific activities on the basis of academic entrepreneurship. The structure of the global educational environment has been analyzed. Special attention has been focused on the main trends in the global educational environment. Discovered and comprehensively analyzed the development of the global education market, trends in exports and imports. The core group of countries, including the major group of actors - leaders of export and import of educational services are defined by using cluster analysis. The basic trends are founded and exposed areas of international research universities are uncovered. The scope and structure of income leading universities are characterized. The entrepreneurial universities achieve leadership position in the global education market by means strong and diversified educational and researching activities on business principles. A key feature of the phenomenon of entrepreneurial universities is ability to promote the diversified inflows of internal and external financial resources; as the main criteria for identifying entrepreneurial university have been suggested: 1) at least 50 percent of all financial revenue (on education, research, international activities) obtained from private sources; 2) the presence of large financial autonomy on the disposal of its property and assets. The features, directions and tools of modern international activities of universities are defined as means of competition and achieve competitive advantage in the global education market. The positions Ukrainian universities in the world rankings and the degree of presence in the global education market are evaluated. Proved that improving the position of Ukrainian universities in the global educational environment can be achieved only through their systematic and integrated development, with clearly defined priorities. The ways of intensifying international aspects of education and national research universities are defined. A prerequisite of this serves to strengthen the economic capacity of universities that can be achieved expansion of their autonomy, increasing the inflows of funds from international and entrepreneurial activities. Effective representation of national universities in the global educational space can only be based on modernization and improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine, development of scientific potential, enhance innovation, expansion of the flows of foreign students to local universities, increase finance revenues to institutes of higher education, increasing the competitiveness of Ukrainian universities. Диссертация посвящена развитию теоретических, методических и прикладных основ развития международной деятельности предпринимательских университетов. Уточнен понятийный аппарат по исследуемой тематике, раскрыты сущность и особенности предпринимательских университетов. Определена сущность и структура глобальной образовательной среды. Обоснованы предпосылки и направления расширения предпринимательских функций современных высших учебных заведений. Значительное внимание уделено анализу тенденций развития мирового рынка образовательных услуг, динамики и структуры экспорта-импорта образовательных услуг, конкурентных позиций стран мира. Системно раскрыты направления и особенности международной исследовательской деятельности университетов. Осуществлена оценка позиций украинских высших учебных заведений в мировых рейтингах и степени присутствия на мировом рынке образовательных услуг. Исследованы возможности развития международной и предпринимательской деятельности и обоснованы направления активизации присутствия университетов Украины на мировом рынке образовательных услуг. | uk_UA |
