dc.description.abstractДисертацію виконано згідно з тематичним планом науково-дослідної роботи кафедри соціоекономіки та управління персоналом Київського національного економічного університету імені Вадима Гетьмана за темою «Соціально-трудова сфера в координатах нової економіки та глобальної соціоекономічної реальності: виклики, шляхи розвитку» (державний обліковий номер 0225U005263, 01.2021 – 12.2025). У дисертаційній роботі вирішено наукове завдання з поглиблення теоретико-методичних засад розвитку креативного сегменту ринку праці та сфери зайнятості в Україні й розроблення науково-практичних рекомендацій, спрямованих на стимулювання креативної зайнятості в контексті структурної модернізації економіки та повоєнного соціально-економічного відновлення країни. Актуальність дослідження зумовлена необхідністю системного розвитку креативного сегменту ринку праці та сфери зайнятості й реалізації його потенціалу для прискореного повоєнного відновлення, структурної модернізації економіки та забезпечення довгострокового економічного зростання України. Критичне осмислення наукових підходів українських і зарубіжних учених дало змогу обґрунтувати роль креативності, знань, цифрових компетентностей і людського капіталу як ключових детермінант структурної трансформації ринку праці та сфери зайнятості в економіці знань. Обґрунтовано, що креативний людський капітал набуває стратегічного значення як чинник конкурентоспроможності, стійкості й адаптивності зайнятості та переходу до людиноцентричної моделі соціально-трудового розвитку в координатах «Індустрії 5.0» та «Праці 5.0». The dissertation was carried out in accordance with the thematic plan of research work of the Department of Socioeconomics and Personnel Management of Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman within the topic “The Social and Labor Sphere in the Coordinates of the New Economy and Global Socio-Economic Reality: Challenges and Development Paths” (state registration umber 0225U005263, 01.2021 – 12.2025). The dissertation solves the scientific task of deepening the theoretical and methodological foundations for the development of the creative segment of the labor market and employment sphere in Ukraine and developing scientific and practical recommendations aimed at stimulating creative employment in the context of structural modernization of the economy and the ountry’s post-war socio-economic recovery. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for the systemic development of the creative segment of the labor market and employment sphere and the realization of its potential for accelerated post-war recovery, structural modernization of the economy, and ensuring Ukraine’s long-term economic growth. A critical reconsideration of the scientific approaches of Ukrainian and foreign scholars made it possible to substantiate the role of creativity, knowledge, digital competencies, and human capital as key determinants of the structural transformation of the labor market and employment sphere in the knowledge economy. It is substantiated that creative human capital acquires strategic importance as a factor of competitiveness, resilience, and adaptability of employment, as well as of the transition to a human-centered model of social and labor development within the coordinates of “Industry 5.0” and “Labor 5.0”.
