| dc.description.abstract | Виокремлено періоди становлення та розвитку інституту спорту: І. «Запровадження спорту на території майбутньої України» - починався з первинного ладу суспільства і закінчувався у XV столітті, з розвитком українського козацтва, заснуванням Запорізької січі; ІІ. період «Козацької доби» поч. XV ст. - XVІІ ст.; ІІІ. «Імператорський» період (поч. XVІІ ст. – поч. ХХ ст.); період «Радянської доби» (поч. ХХ ст. – кін. ХХ ст.); ІV. період «Української незалежності» (кін. ХХ ст. і триває по сьогодні). Визначено, що публічне адміністрування сферою спорту в Україні – це діяльність публічної адміністрації, направлена на реалізацію публічних зобов’язань в сфері спорту та задоволення публічних інтересів громадян для просування спорту та отримання високих спортивних результатів. The periods of formation and development of the institute of sports are singled out: I. "Introduction of sports on the territory of the future Ukraine" began with the primary system of society and ended in the XV century, with the development of the Ukrainian Cossacks, the founding of the Zaporozhian Sich; ІІ. period of the "Cossack era" beginning. XV century XVII century; III. "Imperial" period (early XVII century - early XX century); the period of the "Soviet era" (early twentieth century - late twentieth century); IV. period of "Ukrainian independence" (late twentieth century and continues to this day). It is determined that public administration in the field of sports in Ukraine is an activity of public administration aimed at implementing public commitments in the field of sports and satisfying the public interests of citizens to promote sports and obtain high sports results. | |
