| dc.description.abstract | The article is dedicated to the realization of corporative social responsibility by large-scale agri-industrial formations, which is create the impact on rural development. The directions of social responsibility of agriholdings are analyzed. The main problems of rural development, their appearing and solving through the activity of large-scale agri-industrial formations are considered. It is mentioned, that some agroholdings used to provide corporate social responsibility and are friendly to the environment; they have built vertically integrated business with a balanced structure, implemented measures for restoration of soil fertility and used the latest innovative technologies for its cultivation. At the same time, other companies continue concentration on economic efficiency, increasing the area of leased agricultural land and give priority to monoculture production. | uk |
