dc.description.abstractРозглянуто історію підприємницького успіху вітчизняних бізнесменів І. Фарберова та Є. Лавренюка на ринку нерухомості. Досліджено інвестиційні аспекти відкриття хостелів в Україні та Європі, засади вибору та обґрунтування стратегії інтернаціоналізації діяльності, відмінності у веденні бізнес-діяльності в Україні та європейських країнах. Визначено ключові принципи інвестиційного аналізу, на яких базуються інвестиційні рішення підприємців. Описано особливості реалізації угод M&A на ринку нерухомості. Проаналізовано механізм залучення інвестицій в інноваційний проєкт створення інфраструктурного комплексу рекреаційної нерухомості «УЛІС», який належить категорії індустрії Vacation rentals. The story of entrepreneurial success of domestic businessmen Igor Farberov and Evgeny Lavrenyuk in the real estate market began with the opening of the first hostel in Kyiv in 2011. In the following few years, the entrepreneurs opened several hostels in Ukraine and entered the European market, implemented similar projects in Warsaw and Bratislava. In the process of project implementation, the partners gained entrepreneurial experience, developed investment strategies, and studied the peculiarities of doing business in different countries. Based on the results of the evaluation of the gained experience, the need for a thorough preliminary analysis of investment agreements and the mandatory involvement of local architects and consultants at the beginning of projects is substantiated. The partners have developed their own mechanism for determining and assessing investment needs, based on three principles. First, it is necessary to have your own algorithm for analyzing and evaluating a potential project, taking into account all possible details known before the start of the project. Secondly, in order to realize the potential of international business and capitalize on its status, it is important to take into account the peculiarities of the local market and region. Thirdly, due to the high level of requirements in Europe, it is necessary to provide high quality services. The article describes the peculiarities of the implementation of M&A transactions in the real estate market and examines the mechanism of investment attraction in the innovative project of creating an infrastructure complex of recreational real estate «ULYS», which belongs to the category of the Vacation rentals industry. The purpose of the «ULYS» project is based on the ideas of «share economy» and involves the partnership of a large number of different investors and a special mechanism of interaction between them.uk_UA
