dc.description.abstractДисертаційне дослідження присвячене теоретичному обґрунтуванню та поглибленню наукових засад впливу іноземних банків на фінансову систему України в контексті європейської інтеграції. Розкрито роль іноземного капіталу у трансформації банківського сектору, а також окреслено перспективи його розвитку з урахуванням сучасних підходів і практик міжнародного банкінгу. У роботі систематизовано теоретичні положення щодо функціонування банків з іноземною участю, уточнено дефініції ключових понять міжнародного, транснаціонального та інтернаціоналізованого банкінгу. Запропоновано авторське трактування міжнародного банкінгу як процесу надання фінансових послуг у різних юрисдикціях, а також виявлено відмінності між міжнародною та транснаціональною банківською діяльністю. The dissertation research is devoted to the theoretical substantiation and deepening of the scientific foundations of the influence of foreign banks on the financial system of Ukraine in the context of European integration. The role of foreign capital in the transformation of the banking sector is revealed, as well as the prospects for its development are outlined, considering modern approaches and practices of international banking. The study systematizes theoretical provisions on the functioning of banks with foreign participation, clarifies the definitions of key concepts of international, transnational and internationalized banking. The author's interpretation of international banking as a process of providing financial services in different jurisdictions is proposed, and the differences between international and transnational banking activities are revealed.
