Abstract
У підручнику висвітлюється організація роботи із складання і виконання бюджету. Детально характеризується бюджет як об’єкт управління, його доходи, видатки та структура. Наведена система органів оперативного управління бюджетом, розглянуті їх функції та повноваження. Всебічно висвітлені складові бюджетного менеджменту: управління бюджетним процесом (бюджетне планування та виконання бюджету), облік та звітність з виконання бюджету, контроль за виконанням бюджету.
The textbook deals with the budgeting process management, including the drawing up and performance of a budget. The budget as a management object, its stracture, its revenue and expenditure sides are considered in a broad way and in detail. The authors discribe the system of the bodies which exercise the budget management, as well as their functions and powers and rights. The component parts of the budget management are profound analized and shown in a comprehensive way, including the management of the budgeting process (planning and performance of the budget), accounting, and control of budgetary performance.
