| dc.description.abstract | In this article, we have determinated the proportion of functional components for modern personnel recruiter as a factor in ensuring its decent employment. The author has identified the content and structure of recruiter’s psychological competencies. We have worked out recommendations for improving of the formation of psychological HR specialists competencies, particularly for recruiters in higher education. The authors conducted a survey among practitioners about the value of the using of psychological competencies ideally during the work and proposed to define core competencies, which are often used in practice.The research we have identified the following psychological competence in the recruiter: design and using professiogram; psychological diagnostics; сommunication; conflict resolution; interviewing; self-esteem and self-control; determining an applicant's directivities. In this research, the authors also emphasize that using the diagnostic psychological tests can detect the presence of certain abilities and aptitudes of people to a specific activity. This is one of the most objective and the most accurate method of professional recruting. It allows to occupy an appropriate place in the company each person, to facilitate adaptation, to develop staff and to predict human behavior in different stress situations. | uk |
