Abstract
The article is devoted to a critical analysis of the experience of the theoretical background development for the reforms economic policy on the independent Ukraine economy. Significant shortcomings of both the processes of implementing the reforms economic policy and its theoretical background in the context of the Ukraine national economy model formation are substantiated. The proposals regarding priority tasks and criteria for evaluating the social outcomes of the government policy were formulated in the conditions of the post-war recovery of the economy of Ukraine.
