| dc.description.abstract | У статті запропоновано концептуальний погляд на можливості створення результативних навчальних курсів для вищої школи в умовах сучасні екзистенціальні виклики – пандемії та війни. Наведено результати дослідження переваг та очікувань студентів і викладачів в контексті розуміння цінності навчального курсу. Зроблено висновки щодо вимог до навчальних курсів за умов віддаленої комунікації між учасниками освітнього процесу. Наголошено на зростаючій актуальності розширення пізнавальних, організаційних, мотиваційних, контрольних та інші можливості усіх учасників освітнього процесу, спираючись на їх емоційний інтелект та розвиваючі їхню емоційно-інтелектуальну компетентність. Запропоновано ввдення у науковий обіг поняття «емоційно-інтелектуальний онлайн-курс» (ЕІОК) як віртуальний освітній простір, створений на основі SMART-технологій, які дозволяють формувати та ефективно підтримувати у учасників освітнього процесу їх емоційний інтелект по всіх складових останнього (самоусвідомлення, самоконтроль, емпатія та управління стосунками). Представлено концептуальну модель емоційно-інтелектуального онлайн-курсу на платформі MS Teams, апробацію якою проведено в Київськоve національному економічному університеті імені Вадима Гетьмана. The article offers a conceptual view of the possibilities of creating effective educational courses for higher education in the conditions of modern existential challenges – pandemics and wars. The results of the study of the benefits and expectations of students and teachers in the context of understanding the value of the educational course are presented. Conclusions were made regarding the requirements for training courses under the conditions of remote communication between participants in the educational process. The growing relevance of expanding the cognitive, organizational, motivational, control and other capabilities of all participants in the educational process, relying on their emotional intelligence and developing their emotional-intellectual competence, is emphasized. It is proposed to introduce into scientific circulation the concept of "emotional-intellectual online course" (EIOC) as a virtual educational space, created on the basis of SMART technologies, which make it possible to form and effectively support the participants of the educational process in their emotional intelligence in all components of the latter (self-awareness, selfcontrol, empathy and relationship management). A conceptual model of an emotional-intellectual online course on the MS Teams platform is presented, which was tested at the Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman. The results of the approbation of the EIOС model confirmed the working hypothesis about the ability of modern IT platforms to maintain the high quality of education at the university and to ensure the emotional and intellectual competence of participants in the educational process. | uk_UA |
