dc.description.abstractThe article deals with the peculiarities of development of personnel in terms of innovative change. The shortcomings of training and development of personnel are detected in the work. The approaches to improve the use of staff in the implementation of innovations are presented in the paper. The purpose of this work is to study the development of staff in terms of innovative changes. The proposed directions for the professional development of staff in the transition to the innovative model of economic development: staff incentives for the creation and development of innovation, the formation of the system of continuous professional education and training, including training; the use of progressive forms of training; creation of conditions for career growth of employees; promoting internal competition between employees; ensuring stable staffing, and adequate update; conducting vertical and horizontal rotation of staff; the introduction of modern systems of processing, dissemination and storage of information and access to appropriate categories of staff. As effective methods of influence on the development and innovation activity of staff must use the following: delegation of authority, the introduction of formal criteria of performance evaluation and incentive pay and bonuses, the distribution system of personal interest for the quality of work, promoting professional growth, innovation and creativity, collegiality and discussion in the preparation of decisions, the implementation of modular programs, business games, sessions, etc., and in particular, personal example of innovative activity leader.uk
