    На сучасному етапі економічного розвитку з урахуванням геополітичних обставин та військових дій, що склалася в Україні, кадровим питанням на підприємствах має приділятися підвищена увага. Адже вимушена міграція та військовий призов суттєво вплинули на колективи підприємств. Кадри нині є важливим фактором ефективної діяльності підприємства під час військово-політичних випробувань сьогодення. Велику роль відіграє робота з розвитку кадрового потенціалу на підприємствах, яка не завжди знаходить належне відображення в кадровій політиці підприємств. Тому розвиток кадрового потенціалу підприємств є актуальною темою для дослідження та має на меті вдосконалення даного процесу. At the current stage of economic development, taking into account geopolitical circumstances and military operations in Ukraine, increased attention should be paid to personnel issues at enterprises. After all, forced migration and military conscription had a significant impact on enterprise teams. Personnel is now an important factor in the effective operation of the enterprise during the military and political challenges of today. A great role is played by the work on the development of personnel potential at enterprises, which is not always properly reflected in the personnel policy of enterprises. Therefore, the development of personnel potential of enterprises is a relevant topic for research and aims to improve this process.
