    Удосконалення організаційної культури підприємства

    Кваліфікаційна робота Чакун Анастасії Іванівни присвячена дослідженню організаційної культури будівельного підприємства. Об’єктом дослідження є процес формування та функціонування організаційної культури підприємства, предметом — теоретичні та практичні аспекти аналізу та вдосконалення організаційної культури підприємства. Дослідження виконано на матеріалах ТОВ «БУДТРАНССЕРВІС». У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні основи організаційної культури, виявлено проблеми і розроблено рекомендації щодо її вдосконалення. The thesis of Chakun Anastasiia Ivanivna is devoted to the study of organizational culture at a construction enterprise. The object of the research is the process of formation and functioning of the organizational culture of an enterprise, while the subject covers the theoretical and practical aspects of its analysis and improvement. The study is based on the materials of «BUDTRANSSERVIS» LLC. The thesis examines the theoretical foundations of organizational culture, diagnoses its current state using the survey method, identifies key problems and proposes measures for its improvement.
