    У кваліфікаційній бакалаврській роботі визначено поняття та сутність бізнеспроцесів організації, досліджено складові процесу управління бізнес-процесами та проаналізовано ряд методів аналізу та оптимізації бізнес-процесів. На базі державного підприємства «Медичні закупівлі України», охарактеризовано основні складові діяльності підприємства та проаналізовано реальні бізнес-процеси організації. В результаті аналізу, виявлено проблемний бізнес-процес та розроблено детальний план його оптимізації, який включає два напрями покращення. The bachelor’s thesis defines the concept and essence of business processes of an organization, investigates the components of the business process management process, and analyzes a number of methods for analyzing and optimizing business processes. On the basis of the state enterprise «Medical Procurement of Ukraine», the main components of the enterprise’s activities are characterized and the real business processes of the organization are analyzed. As a result of the analysis, a problematic business process has been identified and a detailed plan for its optimization has been developed, which includes two areas of improvement.
