    Управління стійкістю бізнес-організації в кризовий період

    Досліджено процес управління стійкістю бізнес-організації в кризовий період, зокрема на прикладі ТОВ «Сандора». Робота має на меті розробку рекомендацій для підвищення стійкості підприємства в умовах економічної кризи. Завдання включає аналіз фінансової стійкості, вплив кризових факторів, оцінку розвитку підприємства та пропозиції щодо його вдосконалення. Результати дослідження рекомендують виробництво фруктових фріпсів як спосіб збільшення доходів і прибутку, розширення аудиторії та відповідь на сучасні харчувальні тренди, включаючи можливість експортувати продукцію. The process of managing the stability of a business organization in a crisis period is studied, in particular on the example of "Sandora" LLC. The aim of the work is to develop recommendations for increasing the stability of the enterprise in the conditions of the economic crisis. The task includes an analysis of financial stability, the impact of crisis factors, an assessment of the company's development and proposals for its improvement. The results of the study recommend the production of fruit frips as a way to increase revenues and profits, expand the audience and respond to modern food trends, including the possibility of exporting products.
