    Управління товарним асортиментом бізнес-організації

    Кваліфікаційна робота Яготенко Каріни Сергіївни присвячена дослідженню управління товарним асортиментом бізнес-організації. Об’єктом дослідження є відносини, що виникають у процесі управління товарним асортиментом бізнес-організації, предметом — відповідні управлінські процеси. Дослідження виконано на матеріалах ТОВ «Афе-Інвест». У роботі розглянуто теоретико-методичні засади управління товарним асортиментом, проаналізовано діяльність підприємства та проведено оцінювання його асортименту із застосуванням сучасних методів аналізу. За результатами дослідження запропоновано заходи щодо вдосконалення системи управління товарним асортиментом, спрямовані на підвищення ефективності асортиментної політики та конкурентоспроможності підприємства. The thesis of Karina Yahotenko is devoted to the study of product range management in a business organization. The object of the research is the relationships arising in the process of product range management of a business organization, while the subject is the corresponding management processes. The study is based on the materials of Afe-Invest LLC. The thesis examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of product range management, analyzes the company’s activities, and evaluates its product assortment using modern analytical methods. Based on the results of the research, measures for improving the product range management system are proposed, aimed at increasing the effectiveness of assortment policy and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
