    Управління формуванням конкурентних переваг бізнес-організації в умовах цифрової економіки

    В роботі проаналізовано змістовно-сутнісне розуміння та види конкурентних переваг та методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності управління формуванням конкурентних переваг бізнес-організації, проаналізовано систему управління конкурентними перевагами бізнес-організації в умовах диджиталізації. На основі проведеного аналізу конкурентних переваг бізнес-організації та процесу управління ними розроблено шляхи підвищення ефективності управління конкурентними перевагами на ринку та оцінено ризики формування конкурентних переваг ТОВ «ПРАЙМ ТРЕЙД ЦЕНТР» в умовах цифрової економіки. The paper analyzes the substantive and essential understanding and types of competitive advantages and methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of managing the formation of competitive advantages of a business organization, analyzes the system of managing the competitive advantages of a business organization in the context of digitalization. Based on the analysis of the competitive advantages of a business organization and the process of managing them, ways to improve the efficiency of managing competitive advantages in the market are developed and the risks of forming the competitive advantages of “Prime Trade Center” LLC in the digital economy are assessed.
