    Економіко-статистичний аналіз ринку освітніх послуг

    Стаття присвячена економіко-статистичному аналізу ринку освітніх послуг в сучасних умовах. Доведено істотність впливу державного фінансування, економічних криз, торговельних війн та військових конфліктів на національну систему освіти. Встановлено, що виважена бюджетна політика дозволяє оптимізувати витрати на заклади освіти та забезпечити сталий розвиток у довгостроковій перспективі. Проведено порівняльний аналіз України та розвинених країн світу за часткою державних витрат на освіту, а також обґрунтовано доцільність проведення порівняльного аналізу в абсолютних величинах. Встановлено високі позиції України у глобальному середовищі за часткою населення з вищою освітою та здобувачами бакалаврського і магістерського ступенів. Здійснено порівняння розміру середньомісячної заробітної плати викладачів за країнами Східної Європи та констатується дуже низький рівень даного показника для викладачів в Україні. The article is devoted to the economic and statistical analysis of the educational services market in modern conditions. The significance of the impact of state financing, economic crises, trade wars, and military conflicts on the national education system is proven. It is established that a balanced budget policy allows for optimizing spending on educational institutions and ensuring sustainable development in the long term. The need for transformation of the national education system is proven to ensure the competitiveness of the national workforce in the country and foreign markets. In the conditions of active digitalization, it is advisable to ensure the formation of innovative skills and abilities in modern education seekers, as well as to ensure the continuity of learning throughout life. A comparative analysis of Ukraine and the developed countries of the world is conducted in terms of the share of state spending on education, and the expediency of conducting a comparative analysis in absolute values is also substantiated. Ukraine's high positions in the global environment in terms of the share of the population with higher education and applicants for bachelor's and master's degrees are established. A comparison of the average monthly salary of teachers in Eastern European countries was made, and a very low level of this indicator for teachers in Ukraine was noted. Structural shifts in the number of applicants by education levels in Ukraine were assessed following the International Standard Classification of Education in the pre-war year and the previous academic year during the war. It was established that during the COVID-19 pandemic, to ensure effective assimilation of knowledge, participants in the educational process were forced to use specialized software and communicate via the Internet. The experience gained during the pandemic was used in education during the war in Ukraine. The growth in the popularity of online services, which significantly simplify the process of distance learning, has been established. Among participants in the educational process in all educational institutions in Ukraine, such services as Google Classroom, Zoom, Moodle, Microsoft Teams, and EdEra have gained considerable popularity.
