Item Концептуальні положення управління поведінкою економічних агентів у цифровому просторі з використанням інструментів штучного інтелекту(Київський національний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Турлакова, С. С.; Turlakova, S.Обґрунтовано актуальність дослідження механізмів взаємодії економічних агентів у цифровому просторі в межах поведінкової економіки. Запропоновано концептуальні положення, що визначають ключові параметри управління поведінкою економічних агентів у цифровому просторі з використанням інструментів штучного інтелекту (ШІ) в межах їх рефлексивних характеристик, що визначають особливості їх поведінки. Концептуальні положення управління поведінкою економічних агентів у цифровому просторі передбачають дослідження впливу і визначення можливостей та загроз використання інструментів ШІ у процесі діагностики та управління поведінкою економічних агентів у цифровому просторі на макро- та мікрорівнях для зменшення ризиків «цифрового капіталізму» та забезпечити отримання загального позитивного соціально-економічного ефекту використання цифрового простору в межах поведінкової економіки. The relevance of the study of the mechanisms of interaction of economic agents in the digital space within the limits of behavioral economics is substantiated. Conceptual provisions defining the key parameters of managing the behavior of economic agents in the digital space with the use of artificial intelligence tools within the reflexive characteristics of agents, which determine the peculiarities of their behavior, are proposed. The implementation of relevant conceptual provisions will allow diagnosing the behavior of economic agents and identifying potential agents оf management in the digital space in accordance with the goals of socio-economic systems. The proposed concept is aimed at the use of existing open automated systems of artificial intelligence, if the information is in open or specialized digital databases, and directed questionnaires with appropriate processing of the obtained results using tools of fuzzy logic and neural network modeling, if the information needs to be collected. In turn, management of the behavior of economic agents in the digital space using methods of information and reflexive influence and tools of artificial intelligence will allow to increase the efficiency of achieving the specified goals of socio-economic systems according to the directions of use. Study of the influence and determination of opportunities and threats of using artificial intelligence tools for analysis and management of the behavior of economic agents in the digital space at macro- and microlevels will reduce the risks of "digital capitalism" and ensure the overall positive socio-economic effect of using the digital space. Prospective directions of research regarding the development of methods and models of the proposed conceptual provisions are outlined.Item Сек’ютиризація ризиків природних катастроф в Україні(Київський національний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Чернявський, Ю. C.; Cherniavskyi, Yu.У статті проаналізовано механізм випуску цінних паперів, пов’язаних зі страхуванням, на прикладі іноземних катастрофічних облігаційза кордоном. Виявлено причини низької ємності українського перестрахувального ринку й у зв’язку з цим обґрунтовано необхідність використання інструментів фінансового ринку з метою залучення коштів для фінансування ризиків катастроф. Розроблено схему взаємовідносин основних учасників сек’юритизації страхових ризиків стихійних лих. Представлені напрями для розробки законодавчих і нормативних актів у частині випуску перестрахувальних облігацій, формування перестрахувального забезпечення. The mechanism of insurance-linked securities issue on the example of catastrophic bonds abroad is analyzed. The causes of the low capacity of the Ukrainian reinsurance market are revealed and, therefore, the necessity of the use of financial market instruments in order to raise funds for financing catastrophe risks is justified. A special scheme of the relationships between key participants of catastrophe risks securitization is designed. The article presents directions for law and regulation acts’ development regarding the issue of reinsurance bonds and formation of reinsurance maintenance. Requirements to the reinsurance agent are formulated. The need to develop the infrastructure of the reinsurance bond market is substantiated. The interest of investors in this type of financial instruments is determined, in particular, the possibilities of forming unit investment reinsurance bond funds. Directions for the development of legislative and regulatory acts regarding the issuance of reinsurance bonds, the formation of a reinsurance security. The requirements for the reinsurance agent are formulated. The problems of using the main triggers that are used in foreign practice are identified. In this regard, the need to develop the infrastructure of the reinsurance bond market is substantiated. The interest of investors in this type of financial instruments is determined, in particular, the possibilities of forming mutual investment reinsurance bond funds. The possibilities of the state involvement in financing of preventive catastrophe risks of natural disasters through equity participation in the reinsurance agent, public participation in the formation of reinsurance maintenance, issue of guarantees, purchase of reinsurance bonds and other forms, are presented.Item Модель зайнятості-ХХІ: трансформаційні ефекти цифровізації(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Колот, Анатолій Михайлович; Kolot, Anatolii; Колот, Анатолий Михайлович; Герасименко, Оксана Олександрівна; Herasymenko, Oksana; Герасименко, Оксана АлександровнаСтаття містить аргументацію авторського конструкту моделі зайнятості як симбіозу конструктивних та деструктивних векторів цифровізації. Квінтесенція змістових положень цієї статті — теоретико-методологічні обґрунтування та висвітлення проблематики зайнятості через призму трансформаційних ефектів, що формуються та відтворюються у царині зайнятості першої половини ХХІ ст. Авторська позиція є логічним продовженням наукових досліджень прогностичного характеру, які охоплюють форсайт-обрії світу праці та зайнятості на найближчу та віддалену перспективу, і містять багатопланові передбачення вітчизняних і зарубіжних учених щодо параметрів ринку праці та зайнятості в найближчому і далеко- му майбутньому. Доведено, що фундаментальною опорою авторського бачення політики зайнятості-ХХІ є виважена, професійна, інноваційна та людиноорієнтована економічна політика, в якій узгоджуються економічна та соціальна компоненти, поєднуються динамічне економічне зростання та стійкий людський розвиток. Підкреслюється, що в епіцентрі авторського конструкту моделі зайнятості перебуває одночасне вирішення двоєдиного завдання: по-перше, домінування гідної праці на основі гармонізації інтересів роботодавців та найманих працівників; по-друге, реалізація двовекторної політики, що спрямована на динамічне зростання конструктивних трансформаційних ефектів у паралелі з нівелюванням деструктивних ефектів. Наведені положення матимуть принципове науково-прикладне значення у процесі вироблення та реалізації політики зайнятості в умовах цифровізації економіки. The article contains the arguments of the authors’ construct of the employment model as a symbiosis of constructive and destructive vectors of digitalization. The quintessence of thші article’s content is the theoretical and methodological substantiation and coverage of employment issues through the prism of transformational effects formed and reproduced in the field of employment in the first half of the XXI century. The authors’ position is a logical continuation of scientific research of a prognostic nature, which covers the foresight horizons of the world of labor and employment in the near and distant future, and contains multifaceted predictions of domestic and foreign scientists on the parameters of labor market and employment in the near and distant future. It has been proven that the fundamental pillar of the authors’ vision of employment policy-XXI is a balanced, professional, innovative and people-oriented economic policy, which harmonizes economic and social components, combines dynamic economic growth and sustainable human development. It is emphasized that at the epicenter of the authors’ construct of employment model lies the simultaneous solution of a twofold task: firstly, the dominance of decent work based on the harmonization of the interests of employers and employees; secondly, the implementation of a two-vector policy aimed at the dynamic growth of constructive transformational effects in parallel with destructive effects leveling. На основі аналізу наукових підходів уточнено сутність, зміст, форми громадського контролю. Доведено, що однією з головних передумов ефективного проведення публічних закупівель є участь громадян, зацікавлених у прозорості проведення закупівельних процедур і здійсненні контролю за діяльністю органів публічної влади у цій сфері. Проаналізовано законодавчу базу громадського контролю у системі публічних закупівель. Обґрунтовано необхідність громадського контролю за процедурами проведення публічних закупівель і проаналізовано практичний досвід здійснення контролю громадськістю у сфері публічних закупівель. Розкрито ключові проблеми та перспективи розвитку громадського контролю у системі публічних закупівель. Визначено напрями удосконалення громадського контролю у системі публічних закупівель в Україні. . The article analyzes the peculiarities of public control in the public procurement system in Ukraine as a tool for improving the efficiency of public administration and restraining factor of corruption risks in this area. Based on the analysis of scientific approaches, the essence, content, forms of public control are clarified. It is proved that one of the main prerequisites for effective public procurement is the participation of citizens interested in transparency of procurement procedures and control over the activities of public authorities in this area. It has been found that the lack of public control mechanisms over the process of public procurement leads to inefficient use of budget funds, an increase in budget expenditures and, as a consequence, to deformation of competition mechanisms in the economy and a deterioration of investment climate in the country. The legislative base of public control in the public procurement system is analyzed. The need for public control over public procurement procedures is substantiated and the practical experience of public procurement control is analyzed. Due to the openness of procurement information, citizens and NGOs can analyze and monitor available data, on the basis of the analysis, draw conclusions about the existence or absence of violations of the procurement legislation and inform the controlling bodies about the detected violation. An important aspect is informing of the customer on the certain violations and proposals regarding their adjustment, which is not an interference in the procurement procedure. In the public procurement system, public control aims to ensure that purchases become an effective tool for meeting the real existing social needs. It also provides a constant source of information for the society about what budget funds are used and how efficiently they are spent, strengthening interaction and trust between public authorities, business and civil society. The key problems and prospects for the development of public control in the public procurement system in Ukraine are revealed. У статті досліджено актуальність аспектів формування і розвитку потенціалу екопідприємництва на ринку органічного виробництва ЄС. Обґрунтовано активну роль Європейського зеленого курсу і України на користь розвитку ринку органічного виробництва з метою поліпшення потенціалу еко-підприємництва. Проаналізовано публікації професійної і наукової спільноти з проблем ринку виробництва органічних продуктів з урахуванням досвіду ЄС. Визначено зміст потенціалу еко-підприємництва у контексті «зеленої» економіки. На базі системного підходу ідентифіковано ключові підсистеми потенціалу еко-підприємництва у розрізі стратегічної, ресурсної, технологічної та бізнес-екосистеми. Сформульовано сутнісна характеристика підсистем потенціалу еко-підприємництва на ринку органічного виробництва ЄС. The article is devoted to the determination of the content and constituent elements in the system of eco-entrepreneurship potential of Ukraine on the EU organic production market. The active role of the European Green Course and Ukraine in favor of the development of the organic production market in order to improve the potential of eco-entrepreneurship is justified. The publications of the professional and scientific community on the problems of the market for the production of organic products were analyzed, taking into account the experience of the EU. The content of the potential of eco-entrepreneurship in the context of the concept of "green" economy is determined. On the basis of the system approach, the key subsystems of the potential of eco-entrepreneurship were identified in terms of the strategic, resource, technological and business ecosystem. The author of the article proposes to designate a strategic system of goals to achieve the success of the industrial eco-production on the market of organic production of the EC; competitiveness of the eco-industrial potential of Ukraine; benchmarking the potential for increasing the market share; forecasting and optimal potential in the strategies of domestic eco-industry based on the criterion of resource efficiency. The author recommends relying on economic and mathematical methods of resource efficiency assessment; competitive benchmarking of the potential of eco-entrepreneurship in Ukraine; models of optimal use of the potential in the EU organic production market. According to the author, the information technology system is intended to activate organic production and increase the competitive advantages of Ukrainian eco-entrepreneurship; in business strategies, the mission is determined, the goals of the latest technological level of business ecosystems and the formation of the potential of eco-entrepreneurship on the EU organic market are set.Item Методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності логістичного потенціалу водного транспорту(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Кузьменко, Олена Михайлівна; Kuzmenko, Olena; Кузьменко, Елена Михайловна; Санжаревський, Денис В.; Sanzharevskyi, DenysУ статті представлено огляд наукових позицій вітчизняних учених-економістів стосовно методик оцінювання ефективності логістичного потенціалу. Обґрунтовано сучасну актуальність оцінювання ефективності логістичного потенціалу. Визначено, що методичне оцінювання логістичного потенціалу прийнято здійснювати за певними напрямами. Також у статті систематизовано, узагальнено досвід і здійснено аналіз існуючих методів до оцінювання логістичного потенціалу, які були впорядковано у такі підходи: науково-методологічний інструментарій, методологічні й методичні підходи до економічної оцінки та потенційних можливостей водного транспорту. У процесі огляду різноманітних сучасних методів і підходів виділено низку їх переваг і недоліків. На основі даних результатів синтезу запропоновано власні методичні підходи до оцінювання ефективності розвитку логістичного потенціалу в сучасних умовах господарювання. The article presents a review of scientific positions of domestic scientists-economists on the methods of assessing the effectiveness of logistics potential. It identifies main indicators, on the basis of which the assessment of logistics potential is based, and considers the process of assessment of indicators of logistics potential. The current relevance of assessing the effectiveness of logistics potential is substantiated. It is determined that the methodical assessment of logistics potential is usually carried out in certain areas. Also, the work systematizes, summarizes the experience and analyzes existing methods and approaches to assessing logistics potential, which were arranged into the following approaches: scientific and methodological tools, methodological and methodological approaches to economic assessment and potential of water transport. In the process of reviewing various modern methods, a number of their advantages and disadvantages were identified. The methodological approaches and analytical tools for assessing the disproportions and efficiency of the logistics potential of water transport, based on the calculation of the system of comparative indicators and parameters of logistics potential, taking into account the peculiarities of their geographical location and relevant competitive advantages (technical, organizational, financial, informational, etc.), are investigated and substantiated. Various approaches to assessing the effectiveness of logistics potential are generalized. A system of indicators characterizing the productivity, efficiency, reliability and flexibility of the logistics potential, a systematic view of the state of infrastructure and bottlenecks, to overcome which the main efforts should be directed, has been developed. Based on the results of the synthesis, own methodological approaches to assessing the effectiveness of logistics potential development in modern economic conditions are proposed. The use of the methodological tools proposed by the authors can be useful for identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the logistics potential, their clustering and determining the priority tasks of optimizing the logistics potential in the process of designing plans and programs for the development of water transport.Item Актуалізація розвитку концепції краудекономіки в умовах воєнного конфлікту та соціально-економічної кризи в Україні(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Радіонова, Антоніна Сергіївна; Radionova, Antonina; Радионова, Антонина СергеевнаУ статті розглянуто основні теоретичні положення концепції краудекономіки, її вплив на економічній розвиток суб’єктів господарювання і соціальний капітал: зміну системи цінностей практично незнайомих людей, які об’єднують свої ресурси та зусилля для досягнення умовно спільної мети, вибудовують відносини довіри до цифрового капіталу та підприємців. Зазначено, що краудекономіка формує нові бізнес-моделі та додаткові способи заробітку (або збереження заощаджень) для дрібних інвесторів. Серед найпоширеніших і найвідоміших форм економіки натовпу виділяють краудфандинг, що ґрунтується на благодійних внесках, краудлендинг, який передбачає отримання кредитів від багатьох учасників, краудінвестинг як спосіб отримання капіталу через залучення дрібних акціонерів та краудсорсинг як інструмент до поєднання громадського інтелекту, креативу, навичок та компетентностей. The article is devoted to the consideration of the main theoretical provisions of the new concept of crowd economy. The author emphasizes that it is impossible to identify crowd economy with any of its forms of manifestation, since the term "crowd economy" is seen as a collective concept. The article contains a description of the constituent elements of the crowd economy, namely: crowd, purpose, cooperation, platform, productivity. It is noted here that the crowd economy has a positive impact on the economic development of business, its scaling, and can improve the welfare of households under favorable conditions. Crowd economy is able to strengthen social capital: a change in the value system of virtually connected people who are unfamiliar or unfamiliar to each other, who combine their resources and efforts to achieve a conditionally common goal. They build relationships of trust to digital capital and entrepreneurs who form it. The author emphasizes that the crowdfunding economy creates new business models and additional ways for small investors to earn income (or preserve their savings during inflation). Among the most widespread and well-known forms of the crowdfunding economy are crowdfunding based on charitable contributions, crowdfunding lending, which involves obtaining loans from many investors, crowdinvesting as a way to raise capital through the involvement of small shareholders and crowdsourcing as a model of interaction that can combine public property, time, intelligence, creativity, skills and competencies, manifesting itself in the already known freelance, sharing economy, open innovation. The article notes that the Ukrainian wartime economy is actively using the possibilities of the crowd economy for humanitarian assistance to victims of the Russian-Ukrainianarmed conflict.Item Штучний інтелект в підприємництві: можливості та перспективи використання(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Махова, Галина Вікторівна; Makhova, Halyna; Махова, Галина Викторовна; Вострякова, Валентина Юріївна; Vostriakova, Valentyna; Вострякова, Валентина ЮрьевнаУ статті розглянуто основні підходи до трактування поняття «штучний інтелект», які являють собою інтерес з позицій бізнесу та підприємництва. Зазначено причини відсутності єдиного підходу до його розуміння. Узагальнено основний вплив штучного інтелекту на діяльність підприємницьких структур у двох головних напрямах — оптимізація витрат через автоматизацію процесів і підвищення доходів через індивідуалізацію пропозицій для клієнтів. Наведено результати досліджень щодо впливу систем штучного інтелекту на різні сфери економічної діяльності. Вказано можливості та перспективи штучного інтелекту як у різних сферах діяльності підприємства, зокрема, продажі, логістика, облік, так і у різних економічних галузях — ритейл, фінанси, виробництво тощо. Main approaches to treatment of definition “artificial intelligence”, which are interesting from the point of view of business and entrepreneurship, are considered in the article. The reasons of absence of the only one approach to understanding of artificial intelligence are described. Also approaches of artificial intelligence classification are presented. Influence of artificial intelligence on activity of entrepreneurial structures in two main directions is generalized. First direction is cost’s optimization due processes automation. Second direction is revenue increasing because of individualization of proposals for customers. Role of different artificial intelligence technologies in business before and after pandemic of COVID-19, relation between implementation of artificial intelligence into companies’ activity and revenue level are mentioned. In the article main affects of artificial intelligence on activity of the company and its opportunities in different areas, in particular, sales, accounting, HR, logistic are defined. General idea of implementation of AI technologies in these spheres is decreasing of human factor’s influence and avoiding of human’s performing of routine actions. Opportunities of artificial intelligence in spheres of economic activities of entrepreneurial structures are significantly different. Not taking into account medical sphere main opportunities and affects of artificial intelligence in different industries are described in the article. In automobiles industry use of artificial intelligence is aimed at driver’s support, in financial sphere — at development of the best proposals for investment and insurance, in telecommunication — at forming unique proposal for each customer, etc. Main risks and limitations of artificial intelligence implementation related with balance between AI technologies and human’s role in company’s activity are presented in the work.Item Аналіз змін порядку оплати праці під час воєнного стану(Київський національний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Шільвінська, О. Зазначено нормативні документи, відповідно до яких здійснюється регулювання заробітної плати. Проаналізовано зміни які внесені до законодавчих актів щодо оплати праці у зв’язку з впровадженням воєнного стану. Описано такі нові поняття, як «відтермінування виплати заробітної плати», «призупинення дії трудового договору», їхні переваги і недоліки. Описано особливості застосування спрощених процедур змін умов праці. Зазначено особливості встановлення та обліку часу роботи та часу відпочинку. Досліджено особливості надання чергової відпустки та відпустки за власний рахунок. Проаналізовано розміри прогресивних ставок податку з доходів фізичних осінь та ЄСВ. . In this article, the features of labour paying within the martial law have been considered. Normative documents have been appointed, according to which salaries and wages are regulated. Salary is one of the most economical categories and one of the most important social and economic phenomena. It is the main source of income for hired employees. Therefore, employers must provide employees with safe working conditions, safety and payment of wages. The main purpose of the article is to study the changes and features of wages during the introduced martial law. The article has analyzed the changes made to the legislative acts which regulate wages, working time, vacations, calculation of average earnings, etc. in connection with the war. Introducing these changes is due to the fact that the conditions and features of earning in peacetime differ from earning during war time. The article has described such new concepts as deferred payment of wages, suspension of an employment contract. Their advantages and disadvantages have been described. The features of the application of simplified procedures for changing working conditions have been disclosed, namely, the terms for warning about changes in essential working conditions, the procedure for updating systems and conditions for employees’ salaries. The features of establishing and accounting the working time and time relax have been indicated. The features of granting the next vacation and leaves without pay have been studied. The procedure for increasing the norms of working time has been disclosed. The dimensions of progressive rates of taxation of workers’ incomes with the personal income tax and the calculation of a single social contribution to labour payment fund have been analyzed. Also the features of taxation by the military collection of monetary allowances of servicemen and other persons taking direct part in hostilities under the martial law have been analyzed.Item Вплив економічного ризику на управління економічною безпекою аграрних підприємств регіону(Київський національний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2022) Гмиря, В. В.; Doloka, L.У статті проведено дослідження теоретичних підходів до визначення економічної сутності та напрямів формування економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств з урахуванням економічних ризиків, які виникають у процесі діяльності аграрних підприємств. Оцінено основні умови об’єкта дослідження. Доведено, що у даний час існують різні підходи до трактування економічної безпеки та економічних ризиків. Визначено, що реалії ринкової економіки вимагають принципово нових підходів до формування і підвищення ефективності функціонування аграрних підприємств, а отже, і забезпечення їх економічної безпеки і напрями уникнення економічних ризиків. Обґрунтовано, що достатнього рівня економічної безпеки аграрних підприємств можна досягнути за рахунок створення ефективного механізму реалізації господарської діяльності шляхом уникнення або мінімізації економічних ризиків, а саме — стимулювання аграрних виробників, підвищення рівня формування і використання ресурсного потенціалу аграрних виробників та ін. In the work, a study of theoretical approaches to determining the economic essence and directions of the formation of economic security of agrarian enterprises is carried out, taking into account the economic risks that arise in the course of the activity of agrarian enterprises. The main conditions of the research object were evaluated and it was shown that currently there are different approaches to the interpretation of economic security and economic risks. The defined realities of the market economy require fundamentally new approaches to the formation and improvement of the efficiency of the functioning of agrarian enterprises, as well as ensuring their economic security and ways to avoid economic risks. In real economic situations, under the conditions of various risk factors, different ways of reducing the level of risk can be used, affecting certain aspects of the enterprise’s activity. The variety of risk management methods used in the economic practice of industrial enterprises can be divided into four types: risk avoidance methods; risk localization methods; risk allocation methods. In the light of the latest scientific measurements, it was found that the economic risks of agricultural enterprises arise as a result of inefficient economic activity, as well as an insufficient amount of financial resources for conducting economic activity. In this regard, there are quite a lot of different opinions about avoiding economic risks and ensuring the economic security of enterprises. It was revealed that the economic security of enterprises is characterized by certain features in the regional section of their formation and application in relation to agricultural production. Наведено авторську класифікацію різновидів туризму. Визначено роль релігійно-паломницького туризму (як окремого туристичного напряму) у забезпеченні сталого розвитку на місцевому рівні в Україні. Обґрунтовано механізм впливу релігійно-паломницького туризму на сталий місцевий розвиток. Виокремлено класифікацію релігійно-паломницького туризму за метою здійснення. Виділено перелік найбільш поширених у світі місць здійснення паломництва. Проаналізовано чисельність паломників, які відвідують щорічно м. Умань. Обґрунтовано доцільність підвищення якості інфраструктурного облаштування місць здійснення релігійно-паломницького туризму як фактору стимулювання розвитку галузі. The article presents the results of a critical analysis of modern scientific developments concerning religious and pilgrimage tourism and its role in promoting sustainable local development. The author’s classification of types of tourism is given. The classification of religious and pilgrimage tourism by the purpose of implementation is presented. The mechanism of influence of religious and pilgrimage tourism on sustainable local development is substantiated. Against the background of challenges and threats dictated first by the COVID-19 pandemic, and later by the war unleashed by russia, the development and support of the local economy is extremely important for Ukraine. We see an important role of the tourism sector, especially religious tourism and pilgrimage, in the accelerated recovery of the country’s economy in general and the socio-economic development of the local economy in particular. In our opinion, the issue of interconnectedness of tourism development, in particular, religious and pilgrimage tourism, and the state of the local economy requires further detailed study. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the role of religious and pilgrimage tourism in promoting sustainable local development in Ukraine. Religious and pilgrimage tourism as a branch of tourism can play a significant role in promoting sustainable local development. Despite the seemingly significant number of individual studies of tourism and religious and pilgrimage tourism, there is currently a lack of a systematic and holistic approach to generalizing and systematizing existing research, as well as creating a coherent system for identifying, studying and proposing measures to enhance the role of religious and pilgrimage tourism in promoting sustainable local development. Given the challenges and threats, as well as opportunities of the present, to stimulate local development, it is necessary to put new emphasis on identifying factors that will affect sustainable local development. We believe that religious and pilgrimage tourism can play a significant role in promoting sustainable local development.
