    Actualizagtion of coordinated industrial policy issues: European Union experience for Georgia

    Against the background of increasing economic and financial, ecological crises in contemporary period, as well as the economic downturn caused by the Covid pandemic, research issues of developing new economic model have become very important, which should ensure sustainable and secure, inclusive development of world and national economies. In this regard, the most important focus is on the new industrial policy, on the basis of which it is possible to overcome crisis, backwardness and rapid development, as foreign experience shows. Solving these problems is the most important strategic goal for Georgia in the process of integration into the European Union. Consequently, the need to develop an industrial policy coordinated with the EU needs to be updated and its feasibility substantiated. Given scientific paper is dedicated to justifying this issue.

    Creating Interaction in EFL Online Learning via Discussion Forums

    The article deals with the possibilities of using discussion forums in order to develop foreign language communicative competence during online/ distance, blended learning. The authors summarize the guidelines for developing discussion forums on an LMS. Examples of discussion forums to develop EFL language aspects and integrated skills, in particular English listening, writing and speaking, during asynchronous EFL studying at the initial stage of higher language school are given. It is concluded that discussion forums build students’ communities of EFL practice. У статті аналізуються можливості використання онлайнових форумів із метою розвитку іншомовної комунікативної компетентності під час асинхронного дистанційного навчання. Описуються рекомендації щодо розробки дискусійного форуму на платформах для корпоративного навчання. Наводяться приклади форумів для удосконалення мовних навичок та інтеграції мовленнєвих вмінь, зокрема англомовного аудіювання, письма та говоріння, під час асинхронного навчання з англійської мови як іноземної на початковому етапі освіти в вищій мовній школі. Робиться висновок про те, що дискусійні форуми дозволяють побудувати студентську освітню спільноту з метою вивчення іноземної мови.

    Determining the author of the text and the expertise of fraudulent transactions

    The current requirements of the judicial process impose the need to develop the theoretical bases of legal (but not procedural) and scientific-organisational assurance of judicial expertise in new areas, not yet sufficiently explored. These aspects need to be developed by judicial expertology - the science of judicial expertise. At the same time, the procedural aspects on this segment remain in the custody of procedural law sciences. Thus, discussing the study of the legalities of judicial expert activity is generally not possible without examining the legalities of the unique legal and organizational assurance of judicial expert activity, regardless of the type of process [1, p.181].

    Development of entities’ non-financial reporting in Ukraine under conditions of wartime

    Introduction. In the conditions of martial law, the issues of the quality of information support for decision-making both at the state level and at the enterprise level are becoming increasingly important. In parallel with solving the issue of spreading the practice of corporate social responsibility among businesses in Ukraine in the context of implementing the concept of sustainable development and compliance with EU directives, there is a problem of information support for enterprises under martial law. Aim is to identify key areas for further improvement of organizational and methodological support for the preparation and submission of non-financial reports by Ukrainian enterprises under martial law. Method: bibliographic analysis, analysis, generalization. Findings. The study was conducted in stages: analysis of current changes and initiatives in EU legislation in the field of disclosure in non-financial reporting; study of organizational measures for submission of non-financial reports by enterprises, enshrined in EU directive requirements; formulation of proposals for further improvement of organizational and methodological support for the preparation of reports on the management of Ukrainian economic entities. It should be noted that the introduction of the electronic reporting format as one of the tools to manage the risks of martial law is only one element of the national infrastructure of non-financial reporting, which, according to international practice, includes: the methodology of non-financial reporting by companies, including reports on Sustainability; methodological support for information disclosure; organizational model of collection, processing and quality control of non-financial reports of enterprises.

    Dynamics of the geoeconomic balance of powers in Central and Eastern Europe in the face of Russian aggression against Ukraine

    Introduction: The analysis of Russia’s aggression on Ukraine is most often analyzed from a geopolitical perspective. The article refers to the geoeconomic balance of powers in Central and Eastern Europe. Aim:The aim of the article is to examine the geoeconomic strength of Central and Eastern European countries in relation to Russia. The research hypothesis analyzed in the article is that in the last decade Russia has lost its economic advantage in relation to the region of Central and Eastern European countries, which are located in its geographical proximity and until 1989 were in the sphere of its influence. Method: The article presents a comparative analysis of the geoeconomic strength of the CEE-11 countries treated as one region in relation to Russia. An additional study was conducted for the Visegrad Group, the frontier (buffer) countries, and for Ukraine itself. All data used in the article comes from the World Bank database and covers the period from 2004 to 2020. Findings: The analysis of Russia’s declining geoeconomic potential compared to the CEE11 region shows that Russia is unable to formulate an attractive economic strategy. Instead of focusing on economic development, it replaces its weakness in this field with military aggression. With this in mind, the CEE countries, especially the frontier countries, must realize the need to strengthen their coalitions in the region.

    Financial instruments of capitalization management of agrobuilding clusters in the paradigm of bioeconomics

    Financial semantics and tools for managing the capitalization of agro-construction clusters are determined, taking into account the ontogenesis of the bioeconomy paradigm, the new reality of agri-food systems and the institution of rural construction in martial law. A methodological approach to filling the econometric model with the appropriate genotype of predictors and responses to the results of coexistence of rural and construction economies is proposed. Визначено фінансову семантику та інструментарій управління процесами капіталізації агро-будівельних кластерів з урахуванням онтогенезу парадигми біоекономіки, нової реальності функціонування агропродовольчих систем та інституту сільського будівництва в умовах воєнного стану. Запропоновано методологічний підхід до наповнення економетричної моделі відповідним генотипом предикторів і відкликів від результатів співіснування сільської й будівельної економік.

    Modern technological achievements in digital spare determine the nature of global economy. digital technologies significantly improve the efficiency of economy due to the reduction of the cost of business transactions and other communications. Industrial revolutions that start since XVIII century, significantly changed the behavior of government, business and individuals. The development of the Internet, information technologies (IT technologies), sustainable communication channels, cloud technologies and digital platforms, increase in the amount of information generated from various sources, ensured the emergence of open information systems and global industrial networks.     Global security: managing Ukraine’s and ınternational future with special reference to foodcrisis

    Introduction: On 24th of February 2022, Russia’s invasion of Ukraine escalated the global food prices and pushed the low-income group countries into starvation. The UN said around 20 million tons of grain are currently stuck in Ukraine from the previous harvest which if released could ease pressure on global markets. Russia and Ukraine together account for more than a quarter of the world’s wheat supplies along with maize, and sunflower oil. It is said that blockade of Ukraine’s Black Sea Ports is the primary reason for rising prices. Aim: The aim of the study is to show that how Russia’s invasion of Ukraine created a global food crisis as Russia and Ukraine, has a vast grain-growing regions and are among the world’s main breadbaskets, and major exporters of some staple foods to Middle East and African countries. The result of this war is global hunger crisis, especially across the Middle East and Africa, where effects are already visible so “Gun should be stopped lives must be saved”. Method: Doctrinal method of study is applied for drawing conclusions. Findings: The analysis of different content of articles, newspaper, data shows that the invasion of Russia on Ukraine has resulted in Global hunger crisis.
