Item AI as a driver of digital platform development in the Ukrainian economy: focus on small and medium-sized(International University of Sarajevo, 2026-03) Petko, Stanislav; Петько, Станіслав Михайлович; Vdovichen, Anatolii; Vdovichena, Olha; Koroliuk, Yurii; Losheniuk, IrynaThis work analyzes the evolution of the digital platform using artificial intelligence in the Ukrainian economy. Particular emphasis is placed on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). For this purpose, a mixed-method approach was adopted. It combined quantitative and qualitative methods. The quantitative prospect was effectuated using a structured survey targeting SME owners, co-founders, operations managers, and heads of marketing, logistics, customer support, and finance. The qualitative part concerned semi-structured interviews with SME decision-makers. The results demonstrated that while artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly improved operational efficiency and digitalization in Ukrainian SMEs, its effectiveness is constrained by financial, technical, and regulatory obstacles. Nonetheless, context-specific drivers of digitalization enable gradual, pragmatic adoption, with measurable benefits emerging even under cautious and uneven integration. The study concludes that AI plays a pragmatic yet limited role in driving digital transformation among Ukrainian SMEs.Item Analysis of the use of blockchain technologies and smart contracts to automate management processes and ensure sustainability(Buenos Aires, 2024) Bannikov, Valentyn; Petko, Stanislav; Петько, Станіслав Михайлович; Semenov, Oleksandr; Zhurba, Oleksandr; Lohinova, KaterynaIntroduction: this paper discusses and analyzes how blockchain technologies and smart contracts apply to automate assurance management processes with sustainability using a perspective model. The increase in demand for systems that are clear and secure in the automation of management processes calls for innovations such as blockchain and smart contracts. Objective: the objectives of the article are to identify the status of blockchain and smart contract adoption in many management processes; to consider the effect these technologies have on the efficiency, transparency, and sustainability of management operations. In the 21st century, the global energy industry is undergoing a transformation – a transition from an outdated model of the energy sector dominated by large producers, fossil fuels, and inefficient management systems to a new model with a competitive environment and equalization of opportunities for development. Preference is given to increasing energy efficiency and using energy from renewable sources. In this context, the development of artificial intelligence (AI) is the most important trend of recent decades, which contributes to the automation of technological processes, and the development of smart networks and innovative digital business platforms based on AI will allow not only to effectively manage energy supply and consumption modes, but also significantly affect strategic priorities, since certain technologies lead to changes in the conditions and principles of functioning not only of certain energy systems, but also of socio-cultural aspects of energy consumption. On the other hand, the global practice of using AI technologies, which contribute to the decentralization of the energy supply system and increasing the flexibility of responding to consumer needs, significantly affects the functioning of existing centralized energy supply systems. For Ukrainian energy companies in the conditions of a full-scale war, this circumstance is a serious challenge and will require the adoption of strategic decisions regarding the priorities of the country’s energy development. The full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation against Ukraine destroyed the process of gradual modernization of Ukraine’s energy enterprises. However, overcoming the consequences of the armed invasion and radical changes in the energy sector of Ukraine can become a factor in the transformation of the entire energy sector of the country. Purpose and method of investigation. The purpose of the study is to determine the main directions of implementation of artificial intelligence technologies at energy enterprises of Ukraine based on the analysis of trends in the world energy sector and taking into account the attacks and destruction of energy infrastructure during a full-scale war. Achieving the goal involves solving the following research tasks: first, to characterize the potential and directions of application of AI in energy; secondly, to analyze the international and Ukrainian practice of implementing AI technologies in the activities of energy companies; thirdly, with the help of the SWOT analysis method, determine the areas of use of artificial intelligence technologies for Ukrainian energy enterprises. General and special methods of scientific knowledge were used during the research. Among the general methods of research, the methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization, induction and deduction, comparison were used to study the specifics of the introduction of artificial intelligence in energy. Among the special scientific methods of research, the SWOT analysis method was used, which made it possible to determine the areas of application of artificial intelligence and optimal strategies in the conditions of a full-scale invasion. Investigation Results. The potential and directions of application of artificial intelligence in the energy sector.Item The Carpathian model of regional partnership(Civic Library Europe, 2014) Petrashko, Liudmyla PetrivnaInternational regional partnerships are described in this paper as an efficient instrument of sustainable development. Looking into the future, the current path of China-centric globalization poses a threat to both U.S. economic recovery and global growth and development. It has not only hindered American attempts to escape from the post-bubble recession that began in December 2007 but it has also threatened to block future attempts to recalibrate and improve the globalization process. China-centric globalization constitutes an evolution of corporate globalization, which itself evolved out of the post-World War II free trade era. Structural changes are further leveraged by China’s political system, which enables it to use state control over companies to leverage its commercial power. For instance, in dealings with developing countries, Chinese state-owned companies can pursue projects that are not bound by standard commercial constraints (e.g. profitability) or public disclosure requirements. In dealings with advanced countries, it can pressure companies to agree to “offsets” involving the transfer of technology and production. Power is intrinsically relative. Other things being equal, an increase in the strength of a rival diminishes one’s own power. That holds for military strength, and it also holds for economic strength in a world of geo-economic rivalry.Item Comparative Evaluation of Corporate Social Responsibility Business-Practices: EU and Ukraine (2015–2016): the Research(ДВНЗ «Київський національний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана», 2017) Petrashko, Liudmyla; Петрашко, Людмила Петрівна; Петрашко, Людмила Петровна; Petrashko, Petro; Петрашко, Петро Геннадійович; Петрашко, Пётр Геннадьевич; Мартинюк, Олена Віталіївна; Мартынюк, Елена Витальевна; Киян, Єгор Михайлович; Kyian, Yehor; Киян, Егор МихайловичThe research presents a comparative evaluation of modern CSR business-practices of the European and Ukrainian companies on the subject of their terminological identification and the level comparison of understanding the CSR and its practices, motivation, basic spheres of implementation, the companies` formalized CSR policy availability, list of forms and instruments for CSR practices, basic barriers, character and methods of companies` external cooperation, prospects and priorities of CSR practices development in the corporate sector of Ukrainian economy.Item Consulting in artificial intelligence in education(Київський національний економічний університет імені Вадима Гетьмана, 2024-04) Prymostkа, Оlenа; Примостка, Олена Олександрівна; Примостка, Елена АлександровнаItem Economic efficiency and environmental benefits of the developmentof renewable energy sources(Nova Science Publishers, Inc., 2024) Makedon, Viacheslav; Karpenko, Lidiia; Petko, Stanislav; Петько, Станіслав Михайлович; Bondarenko, Svitlana; Ryzhova, ViktoriiaThe study aims to determine the economic and environmental advantages of renewable energy sources compared to conventional ones.
